Doctor Harneet Kaur is very nice doc.but col. Malook singh is very non cooperative person.

I gave only three star rating because this clinic takes care of higher ranks retired officers. They are having a separate doctor 😷, separate waiting area furnished with cushioned chairs and all but PBOR is not even having complete number of chairs to wait. PBOR and officers are treated separately in active service but this is a retired life. I had seen senior citizens from PBOR were saluting that doctor who was also retired from service. Who ever had done this editing please check out that Topchi CSD Canteen pictures are mixed with ECHS polyclinic.
