Do not order from Paiko. I called to place an order and the customer service was terrible. The man laughed at me when I said my budget was $75 and was very condescending throughout the whole conversation. No one deserves to be treated like they are less than. I would have happily increased my budget if he hadn’t been so rude. There are plenty of other local florists where you get better service and honestly a better product.
All the rage and over delivers!! I went in to get a housewarming gift. I was able to pick a plant and pot and put them together myself. Mariko was kind and helpful and I couldn’t have done it without her. She packed up my plant baby so it we super easy to transport. The store is beautiful and the plants are 👍👍.
I love this little flower boutique. Its a great idea in business to share space so that several small businesses can thrive. Paiko may be more expensive than the run of the mill florist, but I think the service and specialty warrants it in this case. To the best of my knowledge Im told they source most of their flowers, if not all, from the Hawaiian islands- so they are local. And they will go out of their way to help you. They will also be honest with you. I wanted a particular leaf for my wedding cake and the staff told me where to find it in the wild if I wanted to forage instead of paying them $3 a stem. I appreciated that. They also went out of their way to find me a particular flower I wanted for my wedding (mink protea) and they delivered! These guys have fun workshops- I did one of the Haku ones. And they have neat artisan supplies for planting. I may not always buy my flower from here, but when I do I am always pleased with my purchase. Plus where else can you get a brew (coffee) and a bouquet for $15? Now that is an urban steal!
Very nice store with helpful workers and unique plants & POTS.Went there for one pot but ended up with 5.It’s a place where I will always come back to check their new items.Worth of 5 star.
Beautiful store, love the variety of plants! Lots of great gift snf home ideals
Beautiful little plant and flower shop. Gifts, art, everything for growing happy plants, gorgeous flowers, nice staff.
Beautiful place, very nice staff, great for gifts.
Beautiful shop full of little treasures! Do not miss when visiting SALT.
Paiko is my go-to stop for plants and flowers on island. They have such an incredible selection that’s always changing. It’s impossible for me to swing through Kakaako without stopping in to see what’s new in the store and grab something for home.
I want to publicly thank the team behind Paiko for going above and beyond to help me out. I live in Texas and needed a last minute (VERY VERY last minute) arrangement to send out to a friend that lives in Honolulu. Paiko accepted my late request and had it done for me within hours. The arrangement was beautiful and loved by my friend. Thanks again, Paiko!!
I absolutely love this place. I visit it once a year bc they have the best essential oils and so many other great gifts and living accessories. The plants and clothing are exceptional. Its just crazy and beautiful how they put all that variety of wonderful goodies in one spot. Big thanks and Ill see ya soon. Cheers and Namaste!
Gorgeous space with helpful people selling amazing flowers and arrangements. I enjoyed a flower crown making class there and highly encourage others to sign on and attend a class by them. Info on their Insta 🌺
Excellent selection of live plants and gifts and decent selection of local favorites for flowers. Friendly and knowledgeable staff was very helpful in making a selection and arranging it
Amazing selection of lush m, tropical plants. The owners are very warm and down to earth. I just attended an essential oils workshop there. Perfect!
Beautiful pottery and lovely plants. The store is set up really cute and open, itss got a nice feeling to it! Also the prices are really reasonable for the quality products they have. Great place to get that special plant or for gifting!
In essence, Paiko is a florist selling ridiculously overpriced plants to people who know nothing about plants. They sell succulents, hardy potted plants, and cut flowers in cute ceramic pots. Most of their plants are supplied by other nurseries on-island, and you can find the same succulents at Lowes, Times, or the local nurseries that supply Paiko for less than a quarter of the price. The ceramic pots are very nice, as few are mass-produced and many are unique, having been made by local artisans. You can either make your own arrangement or discuss flower arrangements with staff and order for events.Price aside, the establishment is clean and the staff are attentive and helpful. If you know nothing about plants and are willing to trade money for expertise and experience, this may be worth your while. If you are willing to spend a little extra time looking on the internet for local nurseries who can provide you the same plants and similar pots for a quarter of the cost, look elsewhere.
Convenient shop with a pick-your-own flowers bar in addition to premade and made to order flower arrangements.
Beautiful florist shop. Little bit of everything: potted decor, diy planter bar and succulents/tilandsias for purchase.
Very cute little boutique for flower arrangements, but I especially enjoyed all the little odds and ends on the shelves and the build your own air plant terrariums.
Such a great little shop. Full of thoughtfully curated ceramics and knowledgable employees.
It is cafe, shop, classes in one place. Place with character and style!
GORGEOUS space full of all the best plants and higher end items.
Cute shop with really neat indoor plants!
Cute, cool millenial vibe. A lot of great ideas and some pretty high-quality products for small spaces. Tasteful, appropriate for a sunny corner office as well as home. Excellent books on how to grow and sustain food and plants, especially if youre living in a small condo around here in Kakaako. Pretty good selection of air plants and resources for them. The very nice folks at the shop will help you get whatever it is you need, if its not in stock already. Definitely a giftable kind of place.Four stars for the carefully curated products, beautiful displays, and excellent plant eye candy. Down a star for some overly high prices. I dont mind paying for quality, but I do balk a bit at spending $35 for a 4 square, plain ceramic cube planter.Accepts credit cards.2-hour max metered parking out front, about $0.25 for 20 minutes. 1-hour free validated parking in the Salt parking structure; several bucks per 30 minutes after that.
I great tropical flowers
Awesome little plant shop for all sorts of air-plants, also has coffee very helpful and can help you find plants that are really hard to kill.
Probably the coolest shop in Kaka‘ako. Visit Paiko
Cool little place!

Organic botanical shop. It is a little different from the flower shop in Japan.
