A light which can be seen from 18 nauticals, almost 33Km, A wealth Marine, Singapore made 12V/50W halogen lamp powered partially by both solar and local electricity positioned at 14°16.5N 74°26.6E of India on a 21 m octogonal RCC column tower initially commisioned during 1891 with subsequent improvement, bearing sl no F0644 at a height of 38m from the mean sea level named as Honnavara light house.

Its the HONNAVAR PORT LIGHTHOUSE. It helps the ships at night time. Nice place

Honnavar light house is a octagonal tower with lantern & gallery, painted with red & white horizontal bands.
