One of the few places in himatnagar to get all House hold stuff, just need to improve stocks as not all things are available especially electronics, else good for groceries.

I always shop here for groceries and other stuff. You get here almost all stuff required. Quality is good. Cleanliness is good. Bit congested inside. 2 wheeler parking is available underground but half of the 4 wheeler parking lot is booked by their own vehicles.

I visited it for the first time and i didnt expect it was so huge from inside with almost 3 floors and it is well maintained, organised. You will get all short of things from kitchen, electronics, clothings, food, grocery, vegetable, fruits, milk products and everything. This reliance store is as good as the store in ahmedabad. You will even get discounts for most of the products.

This is a branch of Reliance Fresh supermarket. Its easily identifiable from the road, it offers good quality, competitively priced vegetables and groceries. As always reliance fresh is loaded with lots of stocks prices are economical and competitive.Products of many categories are available. One star less is because all the sales and billing counter are not operational that creates unnecessary long queues and delays..However, there is very little car parking, parking may become problem sometimes.they should shift their stores at nearby locations where there is adequate car parking space.On Sunday mornings the aisles inside are clogged with crates even an hour since opening. The check out takes 15 to 20 minutes on Sunday morning and during rush hours on week days as well. They should manned all the check out counters on rush hours. They should train their staff to recognize all items without having to refer to supervisor. Their product promotions does not mean cash clerk has to leave her post to fetch free add-ons on purchase above a certain amount.And last one of the saddest thing i observed! No bags for free they charge above 20 rupees for the eco friendly bag.Someone on someday will take them to the consumer court this for sure like someone did to BATA.Rest all good!!

I am totally disagree with the services of reliance smart there was not a facility of basket also they were totally irresponsible

Stuff is good. But the staff is so irresponsible,they are not responding the queries of the customer. Even i experienced that one product is of 60/- and the discount is off 50% or buy one get onne free like that offer. I bought two nail polish so the cost should be 30,but at the cah counter it shown 33/- per piece. I mean how is this possible it should be 30 right. they didy same on ther other nail polish too.Same i experienced on the fruit juice.please make the mrp/ offer clear so the customer will not be confused.

You can get various items and some items are really available there and not anywhere else. Three floors and each floor is well managed and staff members are hard working people. They do manage things well. Thus, a good feeling comes while shopping. It has D-mart like shopping feeling in a small scale! Local public are used to buy things daily from there. Reliance runs a good SMART retail chain. Kiddos and thumbs up for this!
