Overall good but I expected to be better.

I called beforehand, and booked the place. Always good to do that. I booked because the prices were not as expensive as other famous hotels there which is always a plus point. The breakfast was goodnuf. Paid 3000 for bed and breakfast.An ongoing construction, and a few rude staff due to a lack of staff (my guess) is my reason for the 3 stars. No one offered to take our luggages up to our 4rth floor room so... I am guessing lack of staff post COVID-19 lockdown.But they are a very famous hotel, and most NGO/INGO projects reserve the hotel, so since you get funds rolling easily, you dont really want to work for anything... resulting in an unwillingness to do anything kinda scenario.

You dont have much option in Hetauda itself. Space is nice but the service is not. Was here for 3 days the house keeping didnt showed up even once. So for three days no cleaning the room . Food is satisfactory.

Its so beautiful and natural spot for lunch, dinner n relaxing... All are humble..u can check in here..

God...this place will give you feels like you are in 1970.( not in a good way. Believe me). Everything is dirty and broken. The receptionist was so cold(you can say rude) towards me.Summary:- No hygiene, no hospitality, no facility.

Narrow corridors, not enough sun lights in the room, gloomy , no garden or greenery in the open space and bit of an attitude and arrogance can be sensed with the hotel manager (manager sab)

A wonderful place to stay. The room was big and clean with everything working just fine.The staffs however had colluded with people asking for money at the parking. That gave me a quite bad impression. Management should make sure guests are not nagged for donations inside the hotel premise.The staffs at the garden area also did not cooperate for I wanted to have a tea before leaving. So ultimately I quit the idea of having tea and moved out.

Good and oldest place.. but food is worst..

The location of the hotel is perfect, away from the cities hustle and bustle but the building is already old, because of the paints it looks like a hospital and the rate is expensive, not satisfied with my stay at this property.

Nice place to stay and the hotel staffs are too humble. But room facilities are not satisfactory and you can’t imagine more than that at NRs. 2k per night room. Don’t forget to have some fresh avocado, if the season favors your trip. Overall, not good and not that bad. You can sleep one/two night over here ;))

Good food with sufficient space. Good for parties, weddings, etc. This resort also poses nice rooms. Sweet.

Perfect place for calm and peace living. Accessible 24 hours. Stayed in deluxe room was spacious and lifted with all the basic requirements. Was well equipped with electronic items as well.

A good mid-range place. Good Nepali type food. A cool place to stop and rest. Good rooms too. Staffs are helpful and courteous.

Very nice for Nepal. Food ok, but pricey. Very accommodating for our late arrival. Nice for higher end travel or brief respite after trekking/camping. Keep in mind that youre in Nepal!

You can rely on its everything. Food is extremely decent. The environment is clean and theres quite good space for parking.

Nice place to stay at Hetauda

Good hygiene and probably the cleanest one you can get in Nepal. Hygiene is very crucial while traveling in Nepal. The food is good, and definitely cleaner than the street food. I would say its worth the money.

This hotel is located at the centre of Hetauda Nepal. The level of overall service is satisfactory.It has restaurants, bar and conference hall. The hotel is surrounded by beautiful garden. It has small orchids garden along with other natural habitat.

The rooms were smelling and construction sounds were all around while we were still there. Opened for us even in the late night though.

Though it is old hotel in Hetauda it is still nive hotel due to room size,quality of food and environment (peaceful).Sufficent parking space with differnt size conference halls.Staffs are hospitable .

Bed sheets, towel in rooms are very very dirty. Hospitality is not so good. Also please dont eat food in the restaurant,its not fresh . I have a stomach ache Everytime I eat here. After eating I have to take medicine.

Best resort at Hetauda, Makwanpur. Avocado tree and Orchid garden goes with the name. Nepali set Thali was best and the mutton was amazingly tasty. Its one of the best place to relax. Hetauda is the mid location of whole Nepal, one can reach Hetauda within a day from any part of Nepal. Highly recommended resort.

Spent 2 nights in this place. One of the oldest resort in Hetauda estd on 1984. Location is quite good and spacious with ample parking. Had a avocado sandwich which tastes pretty much closer to its name and fame. Everything is perfect but need some update in its amminities and need reinforbisment. All in all good choice to spent a couple of nights.

Rooms are below average. Since it was well known in the area i was expecting a lot more but it was a letdown. Hallways are dark and untidy. Doesnt seem welcoming and homely. The only good thing was the large garden and playing are.

The manager must have changed! The rooms dirty and disgusting low price rooms avaliable were the only ones apart from the most expensive ones. This added to the fact that the vast majorety of the staff cant be described as helpful or welcoming does not seem to fit to the previous ratings.The only positive point can be found in the good cuisine the hotel has to offer and the slow but friendly staff of the restaurant.
