Ideal Services technician Luis came through solid and really did a great job fixing our home air conditioner after a failed repair from a previous company. We had been without ac in the summer in Las Vegas for over 3 weeks and once our home warranty contacted Ideal Services they sent Luis out the next day, they made it so urgent Luis even came to do this repair at 9:00 pm on a weekday. Luis showed up on time and had a great attitude about getting our home cooled down again. Luis was the first person in this entire ordeal that we dealt with that genuinely cared. After dealing with home warranty for nearly a month I’m pretty sure the problem is fixed and my family and I thank Ideal Services so so much!

The manager there was absolutely horrible, escalated multiple conversations with me or my warranty company. Made me pre pay for a water heater then refuse to install or made decisions without even speaking with owners of the property. Had to repeat my self multiple times to different people, worse experience I have EVER had with a company. Even the warranty company doesnt want to work with them. I would HIGHLY recommend using any other company then this one. I went 10 days without NO RUNNING WATER. Hired a new company they came out next day to fix the problem.

Had to use Ideal services for our home warranty for a leaky angle valve under our bathroom sink. The plumber came out and diagnosed the problem stating what the problem was and how it had to be handled by converting galvanized to Cooper for the stop. This then went through home warranty that stated they will pay for repair except for the access behind the wall which was 120$. I approved the order paid the 120$ and rescheduled for the repair and upon wall access they drop another 135$ charge for pipe fitting which was known had to be completed on initial evaluation. The plumber also promised to do both angle valves since the wall was open already, and it wouldnt be that bad of a fix since he is already there. The additional fee of 135$ was never discussed or mentioned and the management at Ideal services was contacted and take no accountability or even assistance in solving this issue on their end. They operate a terrible business model that is literally nickel and dime the customers for everything possible, they also fail to take any accountability for there workers making promises to the customers. This has been a nightmare of service dealing with this business and they should be ashamed how they operate.When I asked the plumber why he didnt do the other angle valve after he told me he was going to do both he hesitated and said alright I will do it. He then came back in stated he contacted his boss and due to me complaining and contacting the warranty company and his office that he would not be able to do the repair anymore because of me calling and raising concerns. Seems as if you have a problem with this company they will literally do everything they can to make your life more difficult, I now have a much larger hole in my vanity under the sink because he opened more than needed for the second angle valve and then he backed out of the repair.Extremely disappointed with the service provided and I would not recommend this business to anyone, I strongly recommend reading the reviews from all outlets their star rating does not lie it is awful.If this company loses the warranty contract which they should, be careful they probably wont last in business very long based on their track record.

Doesnt deserve this 1 star. I called ideal services to get a quote on some electrical work I needed done in my home. On the scheduled day of my appointment the technician came out and did a walk-through of my home. I was then told that he would email me a bid for the job first thing in the morning. It has now been a week and a half Ive called twice and I keep getting the excuse as to the person who does the proposals not in the office or thats not my job that someone elses job. Therefore I will take my business elsewhere. I shouldnt have to call you multiple times to get a bid. My experience with this company so far has been less than ideal should probably think about changing the name of the company from ideal services.

Although the issue is still at a bandaid stage, Chris was absolutely patient and informative.He was scheduled out 3 times and every time, he called ahead, giving us time to get home and did what he could to help the issue.Now, the issue at hand is a big project and will require a lot of time and money, however, he was understanding and willing to help give advice.

Worst service ever. I called in service for my ceiling fan not working. The electrician named Ivan literally just looked at it, he didnt even touch the fan and told me yeah it must be the capacitor, you need a new ceiling fan. What?! Lazy assessment and on top of that he didnt even have a ladder or step stool with him, he asked me if I had any! What kind of technicians does this company have!? Thankfully my warranty covered this or else I wouldve straight up not paid for the services. Never gonna refer this company to anybody.

My poor garbage disposal started leaking from the bottom. A quick Google search told me there was no turning back. A new garbage disposal was needed. I placed a service call with my home warranty company and they assigned me to Ideal Services. The next day, a very professional woman from ideal services called me and scheduled an appointment for the next day, between 11 and 3. Victor called me around 1115 and told me he would be there in the next 15 minutes. Fifteen minutes later, he rang my bell. I showed him the sink and let him do his thing. About 20 minutes (maybe not even!) he let me know he was done. He left my kitchen exactly the way he found it. He was fast, efficient, and clean. Thanks Victor and Ideal Services!

Chris called ahead of time to let me know he was on his way and after assessing my shower he realized that more items were needed from the store in order to properly fix my faucet. So he apologized for the inconvenience and promptly ran to the store to buy everything needed to complete the job. He worked fast, efficiently and was very professional when explaining everything that was wrong and why he needed certain items to fix it. He definitely took his time to make sure there were no more leaks and cleaned up after he was done. Highly suggest requesting Chris from this company if you are having work done.

This business is very unprofessional and has horrible customer service and practices. You can wait for hours for the technicians to show up but if you’re not in front of the door to sign their paperwork within 5 minutes, they’re gone like the wind. This is the third time Ive used the services at ideal services. Dwayne has been out the past two times for plumbing issues. He is fantastic and so professional. This time our water heater went out. He came out, inspected it. The base was soaked so we had two options to have the base taken out, dry out the wall and replace the base box or replace the water heater with a tankless system for a little bit more than the wall work and a tanked water heater. We went with the tankless as it will save money and be more efficient in the long run. Dwayne was so nice and explained everything to us about the new tankless water heater and after the install he followed up to see how we liked it that night. We love the new tankless water heater. It is so nice to always have hot water and never worry about it getting cold. I highly recommend ideal services for your plumbing needs!

Company is used by my Home Warranty and would not only absolutely not recommend them but they should be barred from the home warranty company. They came out for a leak in my kitchen and left only to find out from the home warranty company that he could not find the leak even though I told him where. He said to call him on his cell if leaks again. Kitchen got flooded and he would not answer text or cell for two days so called office and they said he closed it out and had to recall with home warranty. Called them back to get them back out and he said he could not find it again after I told him 3 times he was looking in same spot. Finally found it after I showed him point blank myself and he leaves and said he was going to submit the authorization. Instead he lied and went back and submitted that I caused the leak when showing him. Kitchen flooded again and now getting a different plumber with home warranty after multiple calls, lies, and incompetence.

We called on 7/12 about our broken AC , 4 DAYS LATER on 7/16 a technician showed up to see what the problem was. We have been calling and calling to see when this will be fixed but no answer at all. Our home warranty company said they don’t even see any order to do or fix anything in our house from this company . It’s been already a week without AC, we had to send our kids and our dog to my sisters house , how can we survive Vegas temperature without AC??? This is just unacceptable, this is an emergency! They’re just so inhuman and unprofessional.
