Service is not enable in my area(Nutan Nagar).

Staffs are offensiveTheyre not responsive as well as not educatedSuch network provider should be blacklisted so,they will not be able to cheat peoples in future.Since there is no option to reply. I will reply to your comment made on my review, here.I am not your competitor neither SEO, if I had to do something like that, there are multiple ways to do but it is my genuine review.It would be better for you to teach your staffs how to respect customers and how to provide good service by solving problems asap.And also work on your service. There can be coincidence or a network problem faced at same time. Please do not tag my review with others rather check your service.

Speed Connect gives worst service.The service and staff both are worst.I have been using it for work from home for quite some time. I need high connectivity that is why I have taken the best plan. Now see the screenshot attached, which shows the speed given by you, which is 1000 times less.Apart from this every week the service goes down and downtime is really high.The service is really pathetic, staffs are very rude, they do not respect customers, rather they opt for misbehavior.Do Respect your customers and please provide resolutions within proper timelines.Also if you say 100 or 150 mbps and providing 0.1 mbps is 1000 times slower service. Do not cheat and harass customers like this. This is really disappointing.At the end of month, the bill doesnot reflect these loopholes and losses borne by customers, we pay whole amount.Pathetic. Disappointing. No respect for customers and their time.Do respect the feedback and work on mitigating the problems your business has.

As checked on website of this ISP for plans, its too much expensive. 1mbps should be below ₹450, same plan using by me on ₹350 in other states and gud in Quality service. Dont go for this cost, best to purchase dongle with daily internet plans. I want to give 0 star for this expensive plans list. I have also used 10mbps for 6 months only at ₹2500.

Not supportive and worst broadband provider in hazaribag so think once before taking connection with speed connect

Mostly there is downtime during the working time.In a month 10 days is minimum when we suffer due to downtime but the is no compensation for this.we people have to pay bills on time without complaining.Even today the whole day was downtime, such problem during worktime is unbearable and when we were complaining the staffs were replying rudely.You people should provide solution on time as you people will never bear our loss.
