We have booked a villa here they have doing well. They are giving the best meterials here as per my recommendation. Hope we will deliver our villa on time. I would suggest Bloomsberry for villa or flats.

I have visited the site many times.The projects are really nice.

Beware of these people. I had booked a flat in 2015 but they couldnt get any papers or sanctioned plan in 3 years. Lucky myself that I got refunded with the deposit amount.I had visited this place recently and found 0 progress from when I withdrew.Stay away and save your hard earned money.Edit: The issue was only with flats. People interested to buy villas shouldnt have a problem as the villa plot will get registered in the buyers name before construction so all necessary paperwork will be provided.

Totally fraud project a group of scammers if anyone wants to know the scam will let you know. Ask me I had all the documents and everything just going to take legal action against they I just colleted all the relevant documents. Got all the proofs. Need more proofs to get them on non bailable sections .

I visited the place two time . I saw a huge difference because this time when I was visited I saw a lot of construction going on and most of building almost complete. soil filling is already done for plot.

Beware about this group....I have already invested lots of money in this project for a 1.5 katha villa,but till date they couldnt complete mutation,conversion.....always they are giving new new excuses.....in fact its so insulting their representative is not even picking up my phone calls...after couple of days/several attempts occasionally I got their reply......initially I booked one flat ,but for some land issue they couldnt start it....at their request I transferred that money to their villa project ,and also paid additional money for that......I have lost lots of interest for this bad investment.....its one kind of betrayal....pls dont invest in this group.....they are playing with our hard earned money

Plans of this project is great but it is still under construction and public transportation service is still not connected. Will give 5 star when the project is ready.

Visited project location it is approximately outside Kolkata but future is good because few it company have purchased land in vicinity but project development is very slow may be very less people are interested as it is too far from new town and salt Lake it will take minimum 5-7 yrs to develop that area properly.

Ongoing project at the outskirt of the city! My future destination! Hope to have a cleaner air there.Im really pissed off the pollution of Kolkata & Indifference of Govt about it!

A new Township is developing

Looking non-genuine.They are trying to sell properties taking the names of other buyers and their professions .They actually leaking personal information of buyers without their permission to increase the sales..
