All the bits I needed. Unfortunately I checked an alarm was fixed and nearly drove the customers out, as it screeched so loud. No glasses handy, couldnt see how to stop the infernal noise, chucked it to a sighted person to deactivate. Lotsa laughs. Wonderful staff.

My 9 year old son had saved all of his money and sold several items, to enable him to buy a $99 remote control rock crawler......Just into the cars 4th month, it had a motor stop.We went into our local branch, Hastings and dealt with Connor.He was so obliging, rang other stores etc and did what he was able to help.Result being that a shipment was due in approx 1 month, and we were to come back then for replacement.We went back as my son was a little unsure about waiting that long.We were then given the option to hand in the RC car and select anything else to the value of......Fantastic service, very happy young boy, great sales team and so helpful!Thank you sincerely for the ease and hassle free experience!

Excellent service Saturday from Jaycars. Were recommended by the manager at Noel Leemings, as they didnt have what was needed (USB to old car cigarette adaptor). Jaycars took the time to run through what they had and even made sure it was working in store so we had the right product. Another case of great Hawkes Bay service. Thank You

Service was poor, Connor was friendly however when he asked another staff member if he knew much about the product in question the staff member seemed annoyed by having to help , that staff member and 1 Other had 2 mins prior completely ignored myself and my son who were obviously trying to find something , pretty bad service won’t be returning

Im a nerd. I love this place.

I didnt enjoy it at all , some girl that works there seems to me to be rude and selective with her customer service , she asked all others if they needed a hand etc , never asked me , then when I approached counter to buy my selected product she had an attitude .Not going back again from my experience.
