Dont go there unless you are OK to be treated like beggars. Crowd management, billing, tests done feel that you are in govt hospital.No digitalization. If you do Blood report you have to personally go and collect it. Reports does not get uploaded to website. And when I asked staff to send report in WhatsApp she told me she wont do it.If you want seemless experience go to Anand Das lab, reports are available online, they send to your whatsapp if you make a call.No parking space for cars.No slippers allowed even to reception, are you guys still living in 19th century? Cannot keep two cleaners and keep premises clean? Asking customers to leave footware is bad.Attitude of staff makes you feel like you are in a govt hospital.Their only moto is to mint money. No service, big on attitude. They will treat you like begger.

Worst scanning centre,no hygiene maintained. At a time they take 2 patients inside to do scanning with 1 doctor, wholl be continuously on call and checking 2 patients together. He doesnt even respond to your questions. Govt hospital free scanning would be better than this.Most of all, reports are totally wrong, we cant rely on it. When I had done the same scanning in one more scanning center in my pregnancy, reports were totally different. I had a issue in blood flow to the baby, whereas in this scanning center everything was written normal, dont know if thy really do scanning or just write the report randomly.If you are pregnant especially,pls pls pls dont rely on their reports and dont visit there.

Irrosposible staffAnd to much costly than other diagnostic centresService is worstIn this pandemic period they dont lookafter the safety of patients, covid patients came to scan they allowed in the same counter of payments and same sitting areas no proper arrangements

1. Even during such a pandemic going on, there is no effort to maintain the distance between the crowd, follow hygiene protocols.2. The waiting period was for 2 hours. I took an appointment and came back after two hours. I was told the doctor is preparing reports and I ll have to wait. I waited for atleast an hour before my turn came in.3. Thers no one to guide properly to people who are not very educated and often howl at them for no apparent reason.4. The scanning room was very unhygienic like a godown. The lady who was assisting prepping patients was so irritating, I felt like pushing her away.5. When the scanning was done I was given a newspaper to wipe myself. I dunno how thousands of rupees the customers pay for scanning cant buy them a some hand sanitizers and merely a tissue.Worst I have ever been to. Literally

The waiting period for one scan is more than 2hrs. They wont give appointment you can go directly till 7.30. But waiting period is too much.

Well staff and good environment I never seen ever. Totally good.

Worst place I have ever visited for scanning. Avarage footfall is 250 here. A simple norm for ultra sound says that it takes 30 minutes, but these people are finishing 250 people in a day. Hardly they take 5 min for ultra sound and they suggest to go for CT scan which costs around Rs.3500. They r just looting the poor people who come with hope to get better service. There is no hygiene and a single apron is given to everyone for CT scan, which may cause infection. For a scan you need to spend whole day here.

This single star is more for this, the small requirement of urine can also not here...radiologist is good, but staff must required little bit knowledge .no token system, no hygiene look.Charging more than other scanning centers, when we ask about cost they are telling we are invested good machines n this type of machines not here in Hassan.. So charging more like this..one more good service provider required for hassan..

Time management to be improved, the staff informed us to wait for one hour and even after two hours our trun dint came.When complained they said emergency patients who came in ambulance will be in priorityIn this case, keep a separate facility for ambulance patients, rather than making in patients wait for long time

Poor services

Worst place to go to. Nurses are not trained. The mammogram was done so roughly that it caused bleeding (surgical wound). I wont give even half a star rating for this place.

Really unhygienic conditions maintained at the working center. Equipments used from one patient is used for another without cleaning it.
