There behavior is good. And they can solve ur problem in sim or mobile etc

Worst service ever.They promised one month trial on Internet and removed all the Tata sky connection installed and when I ask them to take back the Connection no one is ready to come home to get the connection back in the same state.Never recommend anyone to get Jio Fiber in hassan. What they promise is not what they deliver.Finding channels and programs in Jio setup box is most tedious.They do not respond properly over calls when u ask them any service.Better to keep away from these matrons!

I am from state of TN, when tried to get a new jio sim denied and required a local persons proof, while my aadhar is being denied as a proof , questions whether such rule is there in telecom that other state people cant get a jio sim using aadhar.

Nice communication with customers

The shop is placed at a very prime location. The shop was not well maintained, there was dirt everywhere. I think it was due to Covid-19 that the store was not kept in a good condition. There was only one person who was managing everything.

Only shop in Hassan but completely bad name for Jio. People dont even talk properly and make us to buy unnecessary deals and if they know you dont have much idea about things they will start new stories and if you dare to ask they will tell you to go and find somewhere else and you know that thus is the official store so you have to deal.

Though received all queries attended, store has not kept demo of Jio fiber amenities
