Value for Money: 0/5Been here for the third time in last 4-5 years span of time. Literally everything has degraded but not their prices. Money minded people who lost all focus on Athithi dewo bhawa. Nothing in this resort has value for money. Rooms gives you a feel like dungeon with dim lighting plus poor air flow until you choose a room with balcony. Right from stay to food nothing is of quality. I would rather waste my money somewhere else where i am welcomed and taken care of at least.Food quality: 1/5People who are giving 5/5 have no idea what kind of spreads are offered in buffets by other reputable resorts. Food taste was very mediocre. These folks charged 1000/- per plate with limited items(90% of the items are north indian dishes, no malnad cuisine or south indian cuisine). The only counter of akki roti and sweet chapathi is available that gives you a feeling of tasting south indian food. While we were dining this time, disappointed with their spread and lack of local cuisine, we ordered one king fish fry. They served a saltless-tasteless fish fry to us. When we raised the issue, the staff was rude and said chef thinks its fine. They didnt had the courtesy to process the fish as per our requirement. They charged for that tasteless fish for 700 bucks. i almost fell from chair with their attitude and nerve of saying you dont like dont eat, but pay in full. When we tried make them understand the issue, one of their staff said dont tell me your stories please pay. We paid for the uneaten fish in full.Hospitality: 1/5I am giving 1 star only for an old-aged man who came and apologized for his staffs behavior. I have stayed and dined at better and mediocre places too but this level of customer service was never been the case. They have a long way to go when it comes to serve customers. They lost us for lifetime and i will ensure none of family and friends go there. In fact, after seeing us so dissatisfied and disappointed with their staffs behavior they still went ahead and charged for that fish which we left 80% uneaten.Cleanliness: 0/5The tables were not cleaned properly before giving it to new guests. There were no glasses and spoons kept on the table. Table mats were so dirty that you wont even feel like eating in peace. The waiters were not maintaining any hygiene while serving.Covid precautions: 0/5When entire world is facing this pandemic, these guys went so easy on handling guests. It was overcrowded when we reached. None of the front office folks wore mask or even checked our temperature. No social distancing norms were followed. There were no sanitizers placed plus 80% of the staffs were not wearing masks too.Overall experience: 1/5This is not the place that will give you wow feeling. After driving all the way from Bangalore , this was the least expected experience I imagined to encounter. At least my husband and I are not going here again and our family and friends are warned to visit this place too. Hope the detailed review helps. Do not go by 5/5 ratings, those are just eye washes.

Hoysala Village Resort is an amazing place for a weekend getaway. The resort is designed beautifully, the rooms are large, well appointed. They have used a lot of traditional design elements throughout the resort and still modern in its comforts. One thing that really stands out is the level of professionalism and customer satisfaction that everyone in the resort displays.They treat you like family. Mr. Alva is always there and interacting with guests and that shows how much he is involved with how the guests are taken care of. The food served there is a highlight. Their breakfast is outstanding and so is the lunch and dinner spread. A lot of dishes from Karnataka is served and that is a fantastic way to introduce people to what we have to offer as a state.We will definitely be going back to enjoy their world class service

Truly amazing piece of art, this place is!! Each room (its actually a hall indeed!) is marvellously decorated with hardly any repetitions. Antique Furniture, extravagant bathroom, meditation zone, lake, chirping birds, swaying bamboo Grove, rare trees, vast lake, tree houses, palatial yet traditional marriage ensemble decorated with pillars.... Mr Alva has transformed the place into a palace literally and passionate enough to show his guests with enthusiasm all about his creation!! Each one in this palace treats you like a Royal & quality of food is just from another world!! We loved our stay like never before and elsewhere!

Two years back I been to the Hoysala village resort for lunch, food was mediocre but the hospitality was good. But today I have been to this place again for lunch, oh man food quality, as well as the service, were horrible (from average food to horrible). I did a big mistake ordering a fish item it was very badly prepared. When I asked about that, the responses were very rude. When I complained about whats missing/not adequate they came back 5 mins later and said, our chef said it was right very rudely. Was wondering whether I was the customer or the chef. The amount charged for that item was exorbitant. My argument was simple when paying an exorbitant amount for an item I expect good quality/taste food. Very disappointed, its not worth anything. The taste of the food is horrible, pathetic service, covid time no precautions, and rude behavior. Initial times all resorts and restaurants provide good food and services, once they get the name, the same restaurant people think that they achieved the name in the market after that they dont care about customers. Hoysala Village Resort is one such place. Was considering taking my family for a stay, thank god I didnt do it. I am not going again, would not recommend it to anyone.

A perfect vacation spot within 3 hours from Bangalore. The ambience is simply fantastic. Very spacious rooms with fine crafted furnitures. Staff are really caring, which provides a feeling of home away from home. An authentic Malnaad food which attracts food lovers. In short, one of the best holiday location for relaxation.

Never expected that we will be having an amazing experience in this resort. Felt like home...was very much impressed with their hospitality and food was excellent. Have never had this kind of quality food made with coconut oil and ghee just like home....no soda or msg...ddnt feel bloated unlike other restaurants. Had never seen such a wide spread of dishes in any kind of five star hotel too. The main chef and the owner of the place made sure that we were happy with every meal. Perfect place to relax your body , mind and and soul. The best place for anyone who wants to enjoy food all meals .Really loved the place ❤ Will be definitely visiting this place again shortly to have food if I pass by that way.

Resort experience, food and staff courtesy were excellent. Due to prevailing pandemic the resort is yet to commence activities which is what we were looking for.

This is one the best resorts I have been to in recent times, right from the the time they welcome you till our check out they take care of us like family.The hospitality is great. The resort sits amidst a lush green space which is amazing. The architectural planing is marvellous. Lot of activists planned to keep guests engaged. The jacuzzi villas are the ones to stay at coz they have huge spaces with great rustic interiors & nice sit out areas.If your are looking for a quick gateway near Bangalore this is the place to be :)Kudos to the owners of Hoysala Village resort as well who are making sure that everyone has an amazing time once they enter this beautiful place!Also thanks to the staff for their contribution to keep the this place the way it is .I would love to visit this place again in the near future !

Very bad ambience no hygienity, none of the servesrs were wearing mask no sanitizer placed one of the server was coughing badly. Hence did not take the service from this hotel .please be careful when you visit

Super happy with stay at Hoysala Village resort at Hasan and my rating is 10/10. I had booked Jacuzzi Villa suite room for 2 nights and 3 days and our family had an amazing stay here.We were too cautious while searching for resort due to all rumours about 3rd wave of Covid but our choice of stay at hoysala village Resort sounded a great choice.There are lot of good things to quote and finding it very difficult to find a negative thing. That explains all :-)Few things I must highlight :1. Covid precautions and Sanitation: The resort has taken care of one complete day sanitization before alloting the room to new guest. Also, the resort made sure to allow only 50% reservation to avoid larger crowd.2. Hospitalization and Ambience: Amazing staff. This will be one of favourite stays for sure. Every staff in the resort found to be treating visitors as guest at their own house. The resort has so much of greenary and a walk within the resort will be great stress buster.3. About staff: Mr. Alva owner of this property monitors everything personally. He is so approachable and humble to listen any feedback any guests may have. Mr. Hari Ballal senior officer operations, approaches every guests, listens to them and makes sure guests get what they need. A very friendlly, smiling, greetfull staffs at entrance and reception area very impressive.4. Resort management supporting local artist is a plus point. A melodious piano by a blind musician, Mr Likhith singing melodious songs during candle light dinner was trully formidable.5. Food: hmmmm... its so yummy and served hot. Its an open kitchen and can see how foods are being coocked making more relaxed while consuming food specially during Covid time.There is no perfect place on the earth and negative things can be at every place. But, this is the place where visitors need to struggle to get negative things.Thanks again for the whole staff in making our stay memorable.Overall, I highly recommend to consider having a stay here without be worrying about Covid.

If you are looking only for ambiance and NOT for food then this is the place for you.. But if you are looking for food then do not enter this place. The person who gave us the menu had such a bad attitude that he was acting as if he is giving some kind of free food service to us. Ignoring him, we placed our order because we were very hungry. But that person told us that it will take more than 45 minutes to serve the food that we ordered. We had to walk out because we were not ready to take anymore of his bad attitude and so much delay in food being served. Instead of spending so much money on ambiance, they could have hired more staff who are well behaved and also add more seating capacity at the restaurant

Very dusty resort seriously. Everywhere you can see dust. And so old, feeling scary at night. I would love to give 2 star for this resort but I gave 1 extra star for their food, its really tasty and yummy, its looks like they are just maintaining their restaurant not the rooms 😅 But the staffs are helpful, no complaints on their hospitality.

Everytime I take this route I plan my trip in a way that I can enjoy at least one meal in this place. Hoysala village resort has never disappointed with their food. Afternoons usually have a buffet which one must try. The place is very serene, you can enjoy beautiful artifacts and decorations in Indian style. All covid precautions are followed thoroughly. Place is clean and hygienic. Staff is trained well, hospitality is amazing. Ample parking space. Is right on the highway so no hassle is finding the resort.

Honestly, I dropped in with so much of expectations. When I visited this place in 2015, this place was fantastic and amazing. Staff was so hospitable, so friendly and loved our time having our food then. But today its no more as cosy as before. Staff made us wait for table as buffet was going on. Even after we sat down it took forever for the person to take our order. When I tried to make payment, the person at reception was missing and they didnt know where the Google pay scanner was. Although we just dropped in for evening snacks, it took forever for the service. Miss the old Hoysala from 2015.

Hoysala Village Resort is a true sample of excellent hospitality! Without any doubt it is one of the best resorts located in Hassan. The resort is well laid out, green and clean with delicious food, great ambiance and excellent service. Each room is marvellously decorated!I would highly recommend this place.

Been here couple of times for lunch. Good food, good service could do better. Not pet friendly restaurant here. You can keep ur pets at the parking, good security guards will keep an eye on them for u.

Place has mystic feeling with architectural style and matching interiors. We only stopped for lunch, review applies for restaurant alone. There was 30+ minutes of waiting time. It focuses on traditional south indian food. While we opted for a la carte, buffet was inviting and looked decent spread. Scores high on architectural ambiance.

The food Is great, the ambience is good too but I felt the price is a bit high for the buffet spread they have.They buffet includes both veg and non veg items. The quality of the food is excellent and the service is good too. The environment in and around the hotel is calming and overall its a good experience.

Lately it seems that the staff are not able to manage the rush and crowd coming in to get a taste of their hospitality and amazing food.We arrived there to be poorly greeted by the staff. The floor manager looked frustrated with the overwhelming crowd and when he tended to us , his tone was not acceptable. We were disappointed with the behaviour and decided to leave without eating anything. Just clicked few photos of the property while we were waiting.

If I have to sum it up in one word, Ill just say Wow. A truly wonderful resort. We initially planned to just stop here for lunch on our way to Bangalore but looking at the photos, we decided to stay one night at the palace suite. And we loved everything about this place! Food was great, the hospitality, the care they took to prepare baby food, and the way the rooms are designed really gave a royal feel. Will plan to visit again in the future and highly recommend this place to anyone looking to take a stress buster weekend break..

Excellent service. Food quality was very goid, authentic and fresh. As if we are entering a temple with forest atmosphere. Rooms are spacious and facilities are top class. The environment is well maintained.

Never plan any of your functions in this venue. They may be experienced in serving good food and better ambience, but have no expertise in organising a function even for 50 guests.Their booking office (blore), resort front office and their owner have no concrete answer for the guests requests for backdrop, extra lighting, special menu and many more.Its very difficult to convince them for any of our need wrt conducting a function.

Although we merely visited this resort for one hour but we were treated well by the staff Ms Mamatha. Nice ambience and food! The staff is very polite. Premium category resort!

On our way back to Banglore from madikeri we decided to stop for lunch at this beautiful resort. They served us with great hospitality and sumptuous buffet meal. Chandrakanth served all of 12 of us with great care and going beyond to meet our taste. Would like to come back and stay here for few days. Thank you for great hospitality!

Ethnic and luxurious based on malnad architecture...well maintained gardens...unique trees....heavily wooded cottages....tasty food and good service makes this place unique in the region.

I had been there to have breakfast last week and the experience was real bad. I asked for potato Kurma for the dosa , which was curtly denied that made me remember my hostel days. I felt guilty that I asked for something that was forbidden.Then sambar given for idli and vada was stingily poured from almost empty container with the staff staring at us.But when I received the bill I was heavily shocked to see that all the denial and stinginess was not called for as they charge 150 bucks for each plate of 2 small idlis. 150 bucks for the mini vadas , 150 bucks for the 2 tiny dosas. The bill for 3 ppl having a light breakfast was 900 bucks with such treatment. !!! The architecture of the place was the only thing that impressed me. Staff service and courtesy has to really change for such a nicely built place.

Its amazing to see his enthu, interest and energy in maintaing everything just at its place.Mr. Hari Ballal, senior officer operations, is a person next door who not only guides the guest to make their stay worthy, he also involves himself in helping the staff even in the live cooking sections, providing them their desired food.I really feel greatful to the Front office executives, Mrs. Mamtha, Mr. Yellappa, Mrs. Manjula, senior chef Mr. Dinesh, Mr. Keshav, Mr. Raghu for their 100% dedication, kind - cooperative behaviour. Mrs. Jyothi on the live counter of food professionally handles multitasking job with a smiling face throughout the day .. The staff is calmer, cheerful and cooperative just as expected by resident guests. Very humble and kind. They are very much like a family amongst themselves too.. which is very important to maintain an organised way of hospitality. A special thanks to The specially abled Casio artist Mr. Viashwanath and versatile singer Mr. Likhith For rendering melody to the joyous stay.The resort in itself is a treat to the art lovers, relishers of authentic malnad food. Activities like bullock cart ride and ayurvedic spa are amazing add ons. We planned to go out for some tourist spots. But we cancelled everything to just relax chill and enjoy the facility of Hoysala Village resort.

It was our first familys first trip in the last 1.5 years because of covid. Glad Ive decided to choose Hoysala Village Resort again.I never checked the rating and other details, all I had in my mind was a place which is near Bangalore and should keep all the folks in the family happy and busy with whatever they would like to do. I was surprised it did offer an amazing environment to play music, do painting, play chess and be spiritual.This was my second trip. The previous one was back in 2017, I love music and if coupled with nature its more than heaven for me. I still remember an evening from my last trip where a person who used to work as a gardener there in the day and used to play the ektara/drone lute in the evening. When I met him in the evening I asked my wife to go and check their cultural event and I sat next to him, enjoyed learning the instrument and talking to him. It was cold, windy and drizzling. I could see this clearly while writing this.This place has a magic because every chore in this resort feels the same in my second visit too!I have never stayed in a resort or even a hotel where they did not bother about the size! Everything inside and outside of this villa was quite big. A large window sitting and a massive bathroom with a relaxing jacuzzi, a massive bed with an old style bed curtain. One of my rooms was upgraded on itself from cottage to villa and when my 6 year old insisted I had to extend the stay where they also offered more discount.This property provides a very healthy food enriched with generations of cultural values and specifically breakfast! It was our last day and we were obviously rushing out to get back to the Monday morning routine. But, Mr KR Alva not only requested but insisted us to have breakfast and go. I mentioned 15min and ended up spending more than 1 hour :D and completely ignored everything else and just focused on the food and what inspired them to cook this food. I cant believe milk from a banana stemp, a rice flour like abstract cooked inside a leaf which has a flavour of the leaf and several other things on the banana leaf. I think it’s an insult to write an incomplete review on the food but I will need to stop!Lastly, Mr. Alva talked about what inspired him to build such a beautiful resort with beautiful people working there and few names to mention their receptionist who always welcomed us with a great smile Ramya, Restaurant manager Vasanth Shetty who was from southern coastal region but spoke a great hindi with Sarkar, chandrakanta, aditya and Chef Dinesh, who I chatted the most about food, cause I love to know about that aspect the most.I’m sure I have missed writing about so many abstracts inside this property! I’m coming back again!

Awesome gateway location to visit ancient unesco monuments (belur, halebid) and western ghats. one stop shop to soak in the culture and cuisine. Safe and hygenic rooms for women/kids with good amenities. they have invested heavily to revive/showcase the design of ancient homes, rare species of trees and ancient breed of cows. great learning experience for kids while parents take a leisurely stroll thru calm pathways.

We,stayed 13th and 14th August .Had a pleasant stay. Resort is kept clean,lot of greenery and beautiful gardens,sounds of birds and well maintained pathways. Staff are very helpful and hospitable. Special thanks to Ms.Mamatha at the reception,Mr.Mahesh who took us for village walk,Mr.Chandrakanth and others in the restaurant and Mr.Krishna who helped us settle in the cottage,and house keeping staff,Ms Gangamma.Covid protocols are being maintained well. We reached this place on 9th Aug 21 after booking for a package of 2 nights & a day. This is very close to Hassan about 185 kms from Bangalore. Its a beautiful resort in a sprawling 25 acres of land loaded with natural treats like a lake, birds of different species, rare orchids & Anthuriums of different colors . After parking the car we reached the front office. Miss. Mamta received us with a smiling face & folded hands. She was exceptionally polite & friendly & made us very comfortable. After checking in she took us to our Palace suite & explained about the package. She showed us most part of the resort & asked us to join for lunch at the resort. The Restaurant is a well decorated spacious place with divine & natural set up. Mr. Shetty the Manager is a down to earth person who looked after us very well for those two days. He went out of his capacity to make us feel very homely. We loved the food ,we being vegetarians had all native preparations served on a banana leaf with utmost care & love. The menu of the day for Breakfast, lunch , High tea & Dinner was awesome & delicious. All the staff in the Restaurant were very polite & greeted us with a smiling face with folded hands. It was a novel experience for us. The rooms are well ventilated & spacious with all the facilities like coffee station, fresh bath towels & toiletries. The staff who look after the room were also very simple & care giving. Our stay for those 2 days were so memorable & inviting & refreshing too. This was our most enjoyable trip in the recent past.

This was my second visit for lunch on my way back to Bengaluru. Ideally located, just outside Hassan .Lovely experience, well trained polite and courteous staff, lovely ambiance. A tad bit expensive and comparable to rates of a premium restaurant in Bengaluru. The food was really tasty especially their jeera rice and paneer butter masala ..

We just walked in for coffee break on our way back to bangalore. And what a welcome! A big thanks to Mamtha Madam who took a us for a visit of the entire village resort. It took 30 mins to view the entire resort. We were shown different accommodations and various amenities available there. Overall experience was quite soothing and peaceful. Planning soon to spend a couple of days here....worth staying...and needless to say...coffee was excellent. For the entire Hoysala Resort Village visit, we just had to spend for coffee...Thanks to Mamtha Madam...see you soon...

This was our first vacation since Covid and we thank the management for making it a memorable one. We had already been to the nearby places of interest so decided to spend our entire time at the resort itself and we had a very relaxing time! Have nothing to complain about.. the food, management, the service, the property..everything was satisfactory. We had booked the suite and was specially impressed with the bathroom. The design thoughtfully includes the wardrobe inside the bathroom so it makes it very convenient and helps keeps the room tidy as well. We generally do not use the toiletries provided by hotels, but especially loved their soap. If you go with an attitude of finding faults, then am sure you can come up with something. But go with an open mind and am sure that their sincere efforts will not disappoint you. And yes.. one more thing.. I did not tip anyone at the resort.. somehow felt that it would be an insult to their genuine hospitality! No one asked for it either!!

Amazing dine-in experience on highway. Very friendly staff serves good quality food. Service is very fast and offers best quick dine-in. Cuisine served is predominantly malnad/local. Spread offers assortment across veg and non-veg food. Though their assortment/menu is limited. Place offers liquors/alcoholic beverages to patrons as well.Place has an amazing ambience and theme based on traditional lost world charm. Has ample shaded parking space. This place also offers accommodation and stay in options.

👍 The best place to stop while your on the way or way back from Coorg. A must stop in fact. The place is amazing - has a great restaurant. We didnt get to stay there - accidentally found the place when we were looking for a good lunch spot. The food menu is quite good with exhaustive options - live counters etc. The service is very good - friendly staff. And the cost is pretty decent for such good taste and decent quantity. Must try are the biryanis and the chicken starters. Has a good parking lot too so no worries. The place is also good to look around and relax a bit after a long drive. There are interesting collections and ornaments they have decorated the place with - a good photography place too. Dont forget to ask about the tree which is quite astonishing to know about.👎 Negatives nothing much. Gave a four star since I didnt experience the stay yet.

The manager was annoyed for some reason & did not serve food items available in the kitchen while the same food items were served to other guests sitting next to us.If youre dropping by just at the restaurant then avoid unless youre starving to death.

If you want to appreciate architecture, traditional south Indian food for breakfast, customised menu for lunch and dinner then this is the place you should definitely visit. We were lucky enough to meet the chairman in the property. The passion and attention to details he has is shared by his entire staff. Five stars for their hospitality, Food, cleanliness. The property has easy access as it is midst the city, but trust me you hear no vehicle noise though it is close to the road.

Simply, the peaceful vibes, the greenery, the quality of malnad (region in the Western & eastern slopes of the Western Ghats in Karnataka) cuisine and the quality of service makes this a destination in itself.The resort is run by a retired bureaucrat named Mr Ravi Alva, who is truly a visionary. The resort he has built stands on what is now considered the ancient Hoysala kingdom, and is by far the best and only hotel in this region.He has left no stone unturned into creating a beautiful place with exquisite attention to detail on design, focus on local art works and has provided employment to widows & disabled locals from the region. In addition to creating a local biological ecosystem of trees and plants, the resort has some of the more palatial rooms Ive ever seen. The excellent service quality and the delicious malnad cuisine served at the restaurant are something to savor.Having spent a few hours personally with Mr Alva, I understand the service mindset that he has ingrained in his resort and the grand inspiring plans he has for the future.

Excellent place to take a break for lunch. Very nice and clean restaurant. Ample car parking and a good break while on long journey on that route

Stopped for lunch .Amazing location, great looking placethe food very tasty.People who serve are helpful.The menu is simple and appealing.Being vegetarians we enjoyed the food .The price is a bit on the higher side for vegetarians buffet ... but worth for the cleanliness of the place.Do stop by and experience this place.

Ambience is mind blowing but way too costly

This is one of the best places I have visited. Rooms are spacious, staff courteous and helpful, food is simply awesome. Must visit place if you want to relax and relish.

If you wanna solace .. this is place to be ... foreigners paradise for sure... elegantly laid out with every nook and corner showcasing local and Indian traditions... greenery at it best and very well maintained... staff are very courteous and you will be taken care with utmost respect... the rooms are on par with the best in the world... very well laid out and you will feel royalty ... has even event space both indoors and outdoors, play areas and many more ... not to miss this place if your this part of the country

It’s an awesome resort!! We were floored by the decor and ambiance. Their furniture , decor and the style of architecture was unique!Food was mouth watering. Cooked in ghee their ghee roast was just too good and that we had to ordered another dish. So also were their sweets.Must visit. The singer sitting there with old Kannada songs regaled us. It was a random visit with family and the host took personal care of us.

Good- Excellent ambience and location- Lot of greenery- spacious and calm layout- very ornate embellishments- Good food.Bad/ needs improvement- The live music. It is appalling.- Lack of parking (they were building one). So this isnt going to be an issue in future, hopefully- The switching off of power by the room cleaning staff after cleaning the room.- the jacuzzi had certain jets which werent working- the staff can/should not greet customers so many times... too many people wishing us good morning, good afternoon etc.

I visited only their restaurant , so this review is only for the restaurant. Very warm welcome, ambiance is nice and artistic. Food is decent but I didnt find it outstanding. May be because we ordered veg. Prices are bit on higher side. Overall a good place for lunch /dinner on highway.

We had the chance to visit Hoysala Resorts on 10.11.2020.The entire location is built with attention given to every detail. The place seems like an extract from traditional Mangalorean History.The staff are extremely courteous and down to earth and have a detailed knowledge of every element including the use of each and every plant.Lunch is prepared and served in the traditional fashion on banana leaves and the desserts are also perfect.Rooms have a pleasant calming feeling and the chirping of peacocks lightens up the environment.Overall, to experience traditional India in luxury, this is the place to go and is also an ideal location for weddings and destination weddings.

Just returned from 2 nights 3 days stay at the Hoysala resort. Must say we had an amazing experience. Clean and green surroundings, friendly staff and exceptional food (especially the breakfast spread). We will definitely visit again :)Would have been nice to have a designated kids play area.

Stayed for 2 nights, overall it was a good experience. Property is nice with village theme. Lot of renovation happening, there are no Amenities as such apart from restaurant and rooms. Swimming pool was closed, no indoor games available or anything like that. I would suggest to keep at least some bicycles for the guests to use.

I knew its really bad to review a hotel nearly after 1 year of stay but its better to express your gratitude and nothing is too late or too soon.Firstly i would like to compliment about hotel architecture for their authentic design which gives you a good vibe through out your stay.Loved warm welcome, Delicious food and Awesome hospitality !!I have opted for palace suite room and it is Luxury at its best.Special thanks to Mr.Ballal for arranging birthday celebration in a very traditional way and Satya for your help in giving a surprise to my wife by decorating room with rose petals.Overall i really enjoyed my stay and looking forward to visit again!!

Extremely disappointed, within 15 minutes of entering the place we had to leave…staff was very uncouth and unwelcoming. This place is not kids friendly

I had lunch at this place, its a mixed experience for me, the staffs who speak in Kannada shows very good gesture and hospitality others staffs need to improve there communication on Kannada language, food and ambitious is good.

Second time I came in this hotel and it was again a great experience.First time was in 2018 for a 3 days management seminar with 10 colleagues. This time was for a one night stay with my family.Welcome has been nice and professional.We can for the 25th of December and a gala dinner was organized (mandatory with extra cost :-( ).It has finally been a great surprise, drink was ok; foods were tasty with a lot of variety. Service was great and friendly. My daughter really loved the magic show.Breakfast was also super tasty

Horrible experience this weekend. The owner walked up to my table and asked me to move to a different table. Was disgusted with the kind of behavior the owner displayed. I will never go back to this place. Owner apparently is Mr Alwa. The place has decent staff but the owner is a disrespectful man.
