Without any notification and updatePickup guy is calling before 6am in the morning and he was very unprofessional.

Very poor service. Doesnt respond to calls. Doesnt deliver parcels on time. Keeps the parcels anywhere and doesnt respond. They dont even have their contact number in google. The delivery persons dont deliver the parcel but update in the website as delivered.

Very poor the delivery man dosent delivered the parcel but the status was delivered very fraud . Ill give an complaint in consumer rights . If not any reply is received

Very very worst service, They updated as my package was delivered it showing delivered status but still 16 days over i didnt receive the package.Its prepaid order why ur people cheating with the customer money. They are worth less for one star also i give a negative mark to them.

Hi, I have disappointed over the Ecom Xpress, Harur. Their service is pathetic, for the past two days by morning I get a message that my parcel is out for delivery but the afternoon I get a message that the delivery was returned due to the customer was not available. The deliver guy has not even called me at least once.
