I loved my stay at this hotel. The location is really cool as it gives access to all sorts of transportation and food. Railway station , bus stand and tourist places are all nearby. The city view and the view of the mountains added on to my beautiful experience here. The staff is courteous and responsive.

I loved it. Located in the center of the city just near the Shankar ashram. I give 5☆ for room, cleanliness and hygiene. 5☆ for staffs behavior, 5☆ for its location (at least for my comfort), 5☆ for providing such a good room in that amount. I stayed here for 9days and enjoyed every single day. You can have a view of mountains, sunrise and sunset. Also you can get auto for railway station 24/7. There are street food stall outside on the road, they serve noodles, soya chaps, momos, pavbhaji, spring roll and many more things. Sharing some pictures of view from room.

Overall it is nice.Only once issue that too only in case there is a function or a get together. Their parking space is very small. Hardly 8-10 cars can be parked. Also, as it on the main road, no space to park your car in front or back side of hotel.

It was horrible experience. meri booking thi 3 premium rooms ki with full advanced payment but hotel walo ne mere room kisi or ko de diye . jab hum raat ko hotel pahuche then they said k apke naaam se koi booking nahi ha fir meine pdf dikhaya receipt ka tab ja k mane .fir bahut natak karne k baad hume 2 room diye jis mein hum 12 person ko adjust hona tha acha or dekho 2 room mein se ak room ka ac chal hi nahi raha tha.washroom etne dirty unhygienic k kya kahu . koi paid channel nahi chalta tv par. chalo vo sab ho gya . morning meine bola k kuch karo ya break fast complimentary karo then they said aisa nahi ho sakta or etna ganda behaviour kia bolte ha agar hum apko raat ko 2 room bhi na dete to ap kya kar lete na hi wale mera kuch kar sakte ha na hi ap. bus kya btau bht hi bad experience ha . aisa koi kaise kar sakta ha etne unprofessional ha ac is not working in one room behaviour of staff was very bad

The hotel looks really scary with some old furnitures and dim lights with some lights not working properly. We reached there by 8 pm and when we climbed the stairs the first floor was Fully darken ( may be due to renovation works) but it was really scary and overall lighting is in a dark mode that adds the horror effect. We booked 2 rooms one for our parents and finally ended in sleeping one room due to the whole negative effect of this hotel. I even had a doubt regarding the construction that according to my assumption the hotel is of minimum 15 years old but when I asked the receptionist, he said that the hotel is just 8 to 9 years old. You will definitely feel a horror feel from the entrance to each and every corner of this hotel.

This is not 4 star hotel. All rooms have termites. There is sevage problem and water logging in rooms. The cabinets and almirah have many termites. The service is pathetic. The shower doesnt work. Staff is unfriendly. Never pay in advance. Dont book any room in this hotel. Its pathetic, the ambiance is bad you will never get everything on menu. Morning buffet is not included had to bargain for it. All together, i had a terrible experience in this hotel. Would never recommend this to anyone.

Fails to fulfil the basic definition of hospitality. Room service ignores calls for hours and then denies to complete the request of chilled water. Almost everything in the room is damaged or defective. Staff gives no damn about the guests. Not at all recommended.

Rooms were not clean. In bathroom, got a few shocks from towel hanger. When complained about the same, they seemed to care less. Only when i personally confronted them did they change my room. Even then they forgot to provide room service like cleaning the room and changing towels. Also they take payment in advance which was first for me and now I know why.

Zero Safety (ELECTRIC SHOCK), Dangerous, Smelly Rooms, Damp Building, Poor Service, Rude Staff!We were traveling in a group and had booked 3 rooms for 1 night. As we checked in and entered our rooms, we were welcomed by damp smell. On complaining about the same, the staff mentioned that the smell must be because of sanitization (as if people cant differentiate between a damp room smell and sanitizer smell). We had an argument and finally they agreed to apply room freshener (we would have liked a room change but given that we were there for just few hours, we agreed).Now comes the scary part! I walked into the shower and switched on the geyser. As I reached out to the clothes stand to take the towel, I GOT AN ElECTRIC SHOCK. My whole arm went numb. I immediately came out and complained to room service about it. The guy was adamant that they have checked the room thoroughly before assigning it to us. I asked them to bring their maintenance person and check it again in front of me. As expected, there was a leakage in the geyser and metal stand for clothes was touching it, making it LETHAL and an accident prone place. I immediately went to their manager to complaint about it. Again, there was a casual reply that things happen, we cant control them. We had a long argument and the manager suddenly started threatening us to check out in the middle of the night . Since we were traveling with family and were there just for the night, we didnt want to extend the matter. Let alone accepting theit mistake, they were treating usfinally the manager asked their staff to give us another room (an upgrade he mentioned- but same condition-damp, smelly room).Worst experience ever. Please dont choose this one for the safety of yourself and your loved ones.

This is a very bad place , with leaking bathrooms with no drainage , the place is run down with old furnitures which looks like it has not been cleaned .The bathrooms are dirty and specifically the mops used are dirty and very filthy .After bath or wash there s no provision for the water to flow out . They are only concerned about the money which they collect in the beginning so that you cant leave the place if you want to looking at their miserable service.This does not look like a hygienic place to stay in .Even the room phone is broken , the staff has a totally nonchalant attitude towards cleanliness and they dont care about the basic hygiene about the place .Overall the worst experience in a place so far .The manager is the most irresponsible staff and has an attitude which spells out : since the money is in my pocket there s no problem , let the customer suffer it doesnt matter.This place shows a clear case of negligence of management and be careful your civic attitude might be judged as your weakness for not solving the problems .After this it s your wish if you want to come and spend your time here in this totally run down hotel.

There is no option for zero rating otherwise I would prefer that..Third class service and Management and staff are so rude that I cant describe.Incident 1:Our Booking was between 10am to 6 pm but all the lights was switched off at 5:45.2. Manager is showing booking bills to our valuable guests and saying that we took this booking at free of cost (Such a shameful behavior 😑)3. Breads in Lunch, was prepared 2 hour before the actual start and no one was able to eat that because it was lime a chewing Gum.4. All the services was handled by our family member because no one in the staff wants to work there.5. Rooms was no cleam and was smelling like cigarette smoking chamber.6. Washroom water issue.7. Broken toilet seat.8. Single lift service for 4 person with avarage 5 min waiting.

Unprofessional management.Never organise social or corporate event at any cost or youll face huge disappointment and even disrespect infront of your guests.Payments become extremely urgent exactly when your guests are on reception waiting, causing uncessary panic and drama and disrespect.Highly unorganised payments and advance reciept management.

Definitely Not RecommendFirst they told its 1500 the price is then they asked for covid report a physical copy. I told him I got tested which I had did the report I have msg but not physical copy. He told I have to pay extra 500 for that 😂.They never even gave a hand sanitizer or check my temperature and he is telling Covid Protocol 😂 Dafaq Bro..?Rooms are ok Bed spreads are with stains no Footrug. Curtains looks like its been years it has been cleaned and they talk about Covid Protocol 😂. Even taxi wala or shared will drop u to some point wer again 3 KM you have to walk.Other hotels are available wer I checked with covid report they told they Ill take that too. I just took an urgent decesion to stay here.

My experience of staying here for one night was not as per expectations. First, the lift wasnt working. Second the room allotted was on 2nd floor. Third the door lock was not functioning, room was small, smelly and full of mosquitoes. Parking is available in basement with no lights turned on. However, the hotel staff was cooperative and helpful. So, Im rating my stay as below average, things couldve been better.

The hotel was good for the price I got offered, but it didnt feel like a 4 star property. Only the linen was up to the mark, rest the room and toilet was not clean. TV channels were also getting struck. But the service was prompt and good.privacy and the prompt service.

AC is not working and cleanliness of bathroom is average. location is on road of haur ki pauri. Delux room is so small area coverage. Other rooms may be. large.

We were supposed to get welcome drink which wasnt served. TV had only free music channels. and geyser was working on its own will. I mean I got hot water but not my partner. no tub bath. foods taste slightly on spicy side. you can imagine that veg pulao tasted like veg biryani. so you can imagine. room ambience was good. staff behavior also great.

The staff was friendly and rooms were tidy. The best part of the hotel is that rooms are completely packed and you may enjoy good sleep in day time as well as there will be no light entering the rooms ince you switch off the room lamps.The negative thing is that they do not have enough options in food (a lot can be seen in menu but they dont actually have it).

I reviewed regarding this on goibibo but they didnt reflect this..There is a major security and privacy breach in the hotel. Mirrors are two way both of room and washroom.. i have taken pics from the mirror frame of room and found a huge space there..In door there is a hole from where any person can see you in room.. attached images look yourself..Never go there at any cost.. if you really cares for you and your family...

It is good place to arrange any event, in the heart of the city. but drawback is its food. please arrange caterer from out side. but staff & managers are very cooperative so 3 stars from my side.

This is not that much great and the good is not much good.The food is very spicy and the quality is not good. Moreover the decoration and the art pieces is not much attractive and thus hall is small so if you have more than 100 guests then there would be some congestion and it would be difficult to move there. The entrance is well decorated which gives the view of great class Hotel but all this just over there and rest of the part of hote is not good. Moreover the Atmosphere is nice and chill.

According to the fake rating and name i decided to make a booking and it was totally not up to the mark...the quality of food was not good and all the Dishes r so poor in taste #Dal makani was like Medicine - Mashroom was like Boiled food.Totally my opinion if any one Do any occasion in this Hotel will feel Bad for there precious money

Earlier it was a good Hotel. But the new Management has turned it into a Dharmshala.I ordered Bed Tea at 6.10 and and went to sleep. When I called Room Service at 8.00 am, they said our kitchen opens at 7.No concept of clearing in the rooms. Used plates I kept outside my door were there till 10am..But, yes Bus full of pilgrims were poring in Nd perhaps they dont need Business Tourist.

It’s one of the worst hotel 🏨 that I have been till now, from outside it looks posh but inside it’s very bad service and conditions. And main basic needs like hangers or cupboards is not there you have to hang clothes in bathroom or near bed , and they have mentioned king size bed available for premiere rooms but it looks like kids size bed 😆😆. And it’s mentioned 4 stars in trip advisor or goibibo but it’s unfit for 1 ⭐️ star also . So if you’re having hard earned money please don’t stay here is my humble request you can say . You can find lots of best hotel at this price in same location .

It is located while entering in the city. It has good parking space in front as well as in basement with additional features of pressure washing your car. Rooms and toilets are clean with proper water supply. Guys at reception can speak Hindi & English. So you wont face any problems.

Hotels Location was good ... very close to Railway Station . Rooms were very spacious and clean and at was provided at a reasonable price as per family travelling requirements. Family Suite was big enough to accomodate atleast 5 people . Room service was decent and rooms interior was fabulous . Had a pleasent stay here ...
