It is under construction. The approaching road is horrible. It is located at the bank of river. Once the road is properly linked with national high way and rooms are ready it can be a solace place for retired life.

Love the view from the kitchen,the most beautiful time that i spent was during the lock-down , monsoon season ,, very safe for elders, still road is under-construction, but that was not an issue , very friendly neighborhood.

Never saw a resort location like this in Uttrakhand. I m sure once anyone visit that beautiful location , will never go to any hotel/resort in haridwar.

Nothing exciting, very costly if buy land around can make ur own kothi will be even less

No proper road connectivity, only small village roads, project is completed but no occupancy may be bcoz poor connectivity with city, during night may be risky to travel. Just on main river bank v thrilling in summer but not in mansoon . Yet restaurant & hospitality part to be started. Wish a good luck.Will owner update present status ,abt its occupancy, how many units delivered,abt road status, nearest quality hospital, is its hotel/resort part working ,can a room be hired for a day or two for ambience & facilities services. Visited a few times but bcoz no deginated office at site no decision taking executive ,for any information /documents always asked to contact head office at Delhi ,all this shake the confidence /trust of proposed buyer..

Very difficult to reach Emerald Riviera very Dusty and big stone road .After all that when we reach Emerald Riviera .. its building construction not quality work .Totally waste of time and waste of money ..Not recommended🖤😫☠

Excellent services. I didnt announce my birthday but they very thoughtfully placed a beautiful and delicious cake in our room. Breakfast is just super. Staff are very polite and helpful. Overall am satisfied with their service.

We went as a couple for my birthday earlier this year and had such a lovely time thanks to all the wonderful staff. Mr. Surender the resident manager was such a perfect host. Went above and beyond to ensure that our stay was not just pleasant but extremely memorable.

The property is excellent. The Ganga River view is just amazing. The food is good. And the All Staff are very friendly. The place and whether is lovely !!! What more do we want on a holiday !!! On the whole the experience was simply wonderful !!

Such a charming property with a lot of character! Cosy rooms, not fancy but very neat and tidy. Amazing location (right next to the entrance of Cookers walk) and splendid views from outside the dining area.

Fake reviews . n there is no safety of this location from flood in rainy season. Ganga is having flow on this resort side only. God save flat buyers. Pls check google map n flow of river

Arrived about two hours earlier and the staff was helpful by providing us the room much earlier than what we booked for. Two days of stay here and we were convinced that this place could make you feel at home !!

The project looks good; but only if it is ever built.Since last 3 years it is being said that possesion will be given in 18 months.But even construction has not yet started.Be cautious while investing hard earned money in this project.
