So dont blame directly its time to understand and support to each others.I have own mfg unit and I also associated with Xesus for manufacturing and still this is best manufacturing unit with timely dispatch and good quality products.Quality of products is awesome.

First time saw such a fraudulent activity by any company.We sent advance payment a year ago,but didnt received the products of the same value. We contacted Astha Mishra from your staff, who told us that the problem will be sorted soon, but till now I have not received my money back. Also, the aforementioned is not picking up any calls or responding in any way.

Now a days every business recovering as well as Xesus also. I recieved goods within 20 days with awesome quality . Packing material quality is awesome and this was my first order to Xesus so I personally give product to private laboratories to check assay and surprisingly it is 99.3% it more then my expectations and I have others others test also Xesus provide really good product. Very unprofessional service! No response despite paying advance money, and being promised of delivery of products within 2 days. Havent receieved anything, not even a word about the delay, and we like fools are sitting and trying to figure out! Business has ups and downs but not giving response and hiding facts is not business! We all adjust for delays, but it needs to be told, you cannot take a client who pays you advance for granted! Really very sad service! Surprised to see the other reviews being so good, and the companys response rate so poor!

I have never experienced such an unprofessional approach, what I experienced with this organization.You with be treated as garbage after you made the payment for your orders.Madam Astha Mishra wont answer your calls and you will find yourself in a miserable situations.Actually, in short, my experience with Xesus is horrible.Beware of it.

I have been talking and tracking for 3 days now, after doing an advance payment for the products, and no response! Calls not answered. Fake promises given! I didnt want to write a review but sadly I have no other option, I have called your team atleast 10 times and they sit on whatsapp and ignore my messages and calls! How am I supposed to contact you?
