The quality of some products (hair cleanser, body polisher, silk soap, body oils - especially Soundarya, face cream or balm like Soundarya or Tejasvi) is excellent. In October 2020, they changed their labels so that you can see the full list of ingredients with %, which is much appreciated since a lot can be hidden under the generic Base Q.S.. The photo of these product labels isnt always on their website though - so, sometimes you have to wait to receive the product to see outer packaging. Is it worth the luxury pricing? Depends on what you are looking for. I buy a highly selective subset. However, their customer service is awful. If you ever have an issue - e.g., spilt product (very rare) - it can take a long time to get a resolution. Their phone lines do not work. Their email service is a masterclass in giving a generic response. They do not behave like a luxury brand - their apologies wont be sincere. It is almost like they are doing you a favour to send a replacement product or process a refund. (Even if the product is spilt with damaged packaging, they will make you return it). They will not offer complimentary products, no additional gift points, ... nothing to show they value you as a regular customer. I say this from experience where a product was received on Oct 9, delivered back in their Haridwar office on Oct 12, and it took a LOT of emails and social media shaming to receive a replacement on Nov 4. This replacement had the same issue (spillage), and they offered to process a refund but only after product is returned.
