I cant belive how this outlet of Croma is ruining the name of TATA. Though i have bought a kitchen appliance from here but didnt got proper and timely service. Few employees here do not kbow what they are doing here. They can not even give proper details of any product or any other detail.

Good store to purchase home appliances and electronics. Situated at a nice place. Good to see product before buy. Friendly staff. Good finance options available. Pricewise may be little high then online stores being brick and mortar store. Store is bit small.

Was here to buy mobile after i came to know that mobile price online and offline is same.One sales person told that item is out of stock, another one told it is available but there is no offer. After I insist, manager checked that offer is present. Store is full of sales person but all are untrained.

Purchased household and a Phone recently. This is the third visit and purchase from the store and all of them were equally good.

Chroma is good place to buy big electronics item, but they donot have wide varieties of computer accessories. They do not have basic headsets model available( headset with usb connector). They donot have single mouse, only mouse+ keyboard combo available. If you are looking for small item, not worth to visit this place.

I recently purchased LG washing machine FHT1265ZNL from Croma, i ended up being totally disappointed with it. Firstly the staff were not forthcoming when we enquired about a suitable stand for the washing machine they simply told that LG installation team would be selling us a suitable stand since we would be placing the machine in service area there is possibilities of water sweeping under the washing machine and so we were keen to avoid it. It took days for the LG installation team to get in touch with us and in the call the installation engineer told us LG does not recommend stand for their models and if we did place it on a stand it will not function properly when asked additional questions the LG engineer got impatient and disconnected the call. We then got in touch with Croma and conveyed what the LG engineer mentioned and why this was not clarified to us since we specifically asked for stand recommendations and could have purchased another brand instead of LG the staff were evasive and finally said may be we can purchase a stand without wheels attached. The next shock for us was with the LG service engineer who was very rude to begin with and was in hurry to finish his job.. His whole attitude was like he should not be doing the installation works. In his hurried behavior he simply dragged our new washing machine through the service door causing bruising on either side of it, when questioning his unacceptable behavior he got agitated and said we should have removed the door and called him... I mentioned that he could have refused to move if he felt it was not possible he didnt have any answer and did rest of the installation in haphazard fashion and left, i decided to share my experience with Croma and LG service so that other potential customers should be aware that LG doesnt recommend stands for their washing machines and most of us would be placing it in service areas where such stands are required to avoid water spillage on the machines... I could have avoided LG if Croma staff had told us that LG doesnt recommend stands for their washing machines. LG customer service i experienced was very poor, not sure if it related to only the engineer who did our installation.

I bought the Refrigerator on 15th Aug from Croma store, store manager and associates promised delivery in 10days . It has been 20 days product is not yet delivered. Store manager and people gives false promises on delivery and when you call them no response. I strongly suggest please dont buy any products from Croma: Sarjapura Road branch . Very pathetic service and response .I tried reaching customer care but no use . Overall Very bad service . Did not expect this from a Tata group company

No one even bothered to attend to us at this store! We went to enquire about desktops there was no response there so we moved to the AC section but again the same story so we left the shop after waiting for 15 minutes, wasted parking fees to visit this store.

Good place to shop only if you know and researched well about a specific product.As you dont get sales person equipped with the appliance full knowledge.And they do waste you time as well discussing with store Manager without fruitful deal. Not enough soydbars in stores as well.

Every time I visit they dont attend properly. If I ask for the support they show each other, if I ask for Manager again he will show someone. I wanted to buy 2 AC and that too TATA Croma AC and my wife is TATA employee, irrespectively they didnt show any interest to explain or even they not reading the board properly. I am the one who hardly give low rating for anyone but here I am forced to give for their pathetic service

Crome ( Sarjapur) provided me with pathetic service . Ordered LG TV worth Rs 55000. When delivered received damaged product . The replacement took 1 entire week with n number of calls made to customer service. Had to literally go to store and raise my voice to get replacement immediately.

Most of the sales people are pretty good and very cooperative. Few sales guyz are very bad at handling customer. They would show take it or leave it attitude in a crude manner.

Purchased ‘Benzo Havells food processor’ as recommended by Croma Sarjapur road store executive team during the month of Aug’20. Taken 2 years extended warranted for the product by paying additional amount.Pathetic faulty product - with in 2 months encountered multiple problems. Reported multiple service requests and finally logged a complaint request with Croma and asked for the refund. Team has closed the service request [SR29012100569] with out even providing proper justification or response. Would never recommend to other or opt to buy from Croma in future! Very bad experience !

Store is fine, has most of the offerings on display only but not in stock. Had to run twice to them for iPad Pro. As u enter the herd of sales people surround u. Billing people take their own sweet time. The only quick functioning depart was found to be Bajaj finance and HDFC credit. Employees dont give a damn about closing sales.

Dont buy anything from Croma. They sell devices with warranty and when you ask for replacement once you discover, they will not replace and take months to repair even when the product is sold with warranty. The customer service team is worst. Worst sells person I have seen ever. I went to purchase printer, so on Croma entry gate they redirect to printer section and I waited 10-15 mins and nobody was ready to help then I asked one sells person for help he took some other person name will help and he just ignored and he was chatting with other sells person then I went to Croma main gate where there were few sells person that they were chatting and he redirected to same person with whom I asked earlier, then I asked him , why you didnt help me last time and I got weird answer and he just pointed 1 printer and went away so after half an hour wasting my time I went other place to buy. The shop is fine but they dont have much stock. You would get only limited models to choose from. Staff is helpful and good. Since this a shopping mall there are ample facilities like eateries, parking etc.

We purchased a Sony TV with set top box. Our TV is not working within 6month. We have lodged complaints. Twice they came and charged telling its a set top box issue. Now we have again registered complaint for set top box. Its 48hours again no service request has been actioned. Chroma sarjapur has a very bad service delivery system. Please purchase from showrooms instead.

Great place to purchase electronic items. This place has a lot of items which are their own brand and they are pretty decent in use. I ave been using their microwave for the past 3 years. It was working almost smoothly until recently it started functioning abnormally. Anyways that is a completely different thing, but yeah their products are pretty good for use.Also this store has a lot of staff and they provide a detailed guide for any product you require based on your budget and requirement. Otherwise most places dont even offer much of the space. This place is a huge and offers a wide variety of items. They also have discounts running most of the time.

The purchase experience was not upto the mark. I wanted to buy iPhone XR for my friend. The staff offered me no cost emi and informed me that a HDFC staff will help you.The HDFC staff collected each and every piece of data and finally he is saying he needs to check with the backend. And then another guy from Bajaj Finserv jumps in and tries to canvas his EMI plan. These people literally wasted my 40 minutes and I stopped the idea of buying at No Cost EMI.Shop is good, has ample collection, but higher on the cost side; still affordable. 3 stars because of the time I’d to waste for the No Cost EMI.

Nothing like Croma. It feels like a regular small outlet.Not much options and salesman tries to make you buy things.I went to buy a gaming laptop and they had only basic gaming laptops not what i intended to buy, but the salesman with half knowledge of tech specs tried to make me believe that this is the best i want. Never going back again.
