Cool place for a peacefull living

Everything is superb except swimming pool as it is indoor pool it should have warmers..

The major negative point in other reviews is gone - the approach road is now perfect!The society is great - green, peaceful, spacious. It has got decent amenities - swimming pool, lawn tennis, table tennis and badminton.Its a wonderful place to stay for children, adults and older ones!

Had been to this place again. Now there is proper road. Society is excellent. One of the few builders who balance greenery. Fresh feeling as soon as you enter the society.

Beautiful apartment. One of my friends has bought a flat here and flat is quite spacious.

Liked it. Had been to meet a friend who lives in there. Its in haralur, interior of kudlu road. Good and silent place to live in.

Nice appartments, though some phase work still going on. Spacious flats. Secure. Word of caution on the approach main road to the appartment though.. its bumpy ride.. not sure why roads r not made by related govt dept.

Very peaceful place

Lovely apartment place with big and spacious rooms. Lot of green open space. You get lot of oxygen for free. Perfect place to live once you enter the compound. Club house is fully functional and you have almost everything you expect. Approach road is definitely a bit of concern. It gets really frustrating to reach to the apartment coming from Haralur road as the approach road needs big time repair (you can currently say, there is no road). Once you enter the apartment complex, you will be welcomed with greenery and beautiful landscaping. No dust, no sound, its so peaceful. Overall, lovely place to live. Hope approach road gets fixed soon so that I change my rating from 4* to 5*.

The apartment complex has some issue with the disposal of stp water. They have routed it through the neighbouring layout. It stinks.... Since their phase 2 is at a lower level,its always flooded. The complex is landlocked from all sides.

Cramped up (Mumbai style) flats being built in deep interior of harlur behind HSR Layout Bangalore. Except the CLUB HOUSE which is the Trump attraction and is a commendable structure with name it all facilities (although would be shared by 2 phases).Else its all about any other apartments project mushrooming around Bangalore.

Good apartment, but located next to graveyard, it’s own constructor constructed another apartment (vista) that narrowed the approaching road. Upcoming locality, commute is difficult presently.

Commute is not safe at night. Signal issues is there whichever operator you use. Graveyard is next to the campus. Road to approach is pathetic.
