I was really struggling with understanding content at school during year 11; the learning style wasn’t right for me, but Capital tuition really helped me find my personal learning strategies, whilst getting one to one tuition. My tutor was super enthusiastic about the subject which made the learning fun. We were often out of our seats discussing the topics and acting them out, which really helped me.They also offer great holiday tuition groups which you can go to with friends, and the tutors there made it a great time.Before working with Capital Tuition, at the beginning of Year 11, I was predicted really low grades, but I ended up receiving 7’s, 8’s and 9’s in my GCSE’s thanks to them

I contacted Capital Tuition when my son showed an interest in trying for the 11+ exams for the local grammar schools. I didnt know what to expect but we were allocated the perfect tutor for my son. She has encouraged him and guided him thorough a difficult time. He has learned techniques and test styles not taught at his school, all when lockdown made any learning difficult. He has looked forward to his sessions with her (via Zoom) and enjoyed all the tasks she has set him. He has grown in confidence and what he has learnt has benefitted him now schools have returned to a more normal routine. I couldnt be happier with the service we have received and the progress I have seen. He will miss his sessions once he has sat his exams!
