Manohar Regency was the best and biggest in hapur when it was inaugurated but even now when other larger area farm houses are ooeration in there, it still continues to maintain the return on investment at a high level, it has ample space for parking, private area for chadhat which usually is not there in other farm houses and ultimately impacts the traffic on road also raising an alarm for public safety but thats not a case here... It can very easily accommodate a gathering size of 500 to 700, large hall with sitting upto 300 people and rooms for both sides... Location is on raod and easily visible in normal traffic situation
