Its really such a good place ,but you really like history culture ,you have to see the place with patience,, its Sri Krishnadevaraya Empire and after King Falls how people did dig in the entire Temple without god all the Temple but the history will be where is structural and audible and you cant imagine how they build the wall this is a big stone on the way the temple structure one temple to another Temple the line in the structure Sri Lakshmi Narasimha statue Lord Shiva Lord Vinayaka so many temples are good but here if you you can find only three Temples with God remaining and its empty it collapse you can see the history how the emperor the rule the city of the Vijayanagara Samrajya in the history there the real engineers they build the way it really is like a you have to think more than what you can going to build...

I believe you are searching Anjaneya Hill.This particular location is of a very small temple not the one on the hill top. We got there and had to take a detour. Enjoyed the scenic drive and have no complaints.The rating is a reflection of where we wanted to go and thought we were going. Totally accept the fact that we should have done more research.Just thought would post for someone who is new to the location and finds themselves in the same situation.

Its a beautiful place. To explore old monument. Rock mountain. Everything here is artist. A part of Hampi can watch for here.. sun set are another amazing seen. Temple is also small and neet.

Best very historical place amazing architecture

One of the 4-5 places in India that claim to be the birth place of Lord Hanuman. This temple is situated on a hill (have to climb ~600 steps) and hence is also called Anjeyanadri (Anjana was Hanumans mother). The other places in India with similar beliefs are - Anjan Dham in Gumla Jharkand, Anjaneri near Triambakeshwar Nashik, Anjan Dham in Churu, at Puri Dham in Khurda Odisha. The locals believe that this is the real one as there was a village Kishkinda nearby which finds mention in the Kishkinda Kand of the epic Ramayana. Once you reach the summit you see a rock carved idol of Hanuman. Those who are less spiritually inclined can comfort themselves with the cool breeze and uninterrupted views of the vast paddy fields and feast on a great sunset view from the summit.
