Worst experience I ever had in any government office..its request to head of department please tell your subordinate to work deligently and sincerely for your customers.As you are getting paid for it so just work for it.I will share my personal experience with you,I applied for change in name for meter connection after my father passed away to my mothers name.First of all this office employees does not know how to talk.secondly for one work to get done they keep on dragging.Standard wording from their side{kl ana,parson ana ,next week ana bla bla}and if we come then just they say ki purani file nikalni hai apki..purani file nikalne ke lie bhi hume bulate hain..thats it..next week again..bulaenge just for 100 rupees reciept..again mexy week ana.Better bring all these office privatization.. atleast common man can get good service and not frustration.just imagine if this all happen to any old person,ill person..then how could it be possible for him to change meter connection..this is corruption not we all say about others big personalties.please do something to improve this culture.
