Hi i have ordered last night through uber eats. The restaurant accepted my order and after 15 minutes they have cancelled my order without informing/calling me. I can understand you could be busy or closing at that time but you should have called me before doing that.

Always so disappointed with my vegan curry!! I had Chana Masala last night and chickpeas werent quite cooked properly. It wasnt very nice. Plain Naan was so delicious though. My partner always gets butter chicken and loves it.Ill just get something else next time he gets Indian.

I did not like the wait timings and the food was salty-- specially the Chanas.

Curry was average, definitely not the worst in Hamilton but not the best either. Needed more flavour and spice (which was interesting as they were both meant to be medium). Would go back if we were in the area but wouldnt make a special trip. Good, friendly service.

Myself and a friend ordered the medium butter chicken from here on a trip home and both now have very bad food poisoning. Highly disappointing and pretty average food. Good service for poor food.

The buttered chicken was shocking,the chicken was tandoori kebab chicken you could.see the holes in it and the rice had water still threw it all waste of money wont be going there again

We were really disappointed with our meal we got home and it looked like 4 little sausages on raw onions and cabbage and cost 20$ !

Worst experience ever. I made a phone order. The lady on the phone who took the order was the duty manager. After confirming the order twice to make sure the items were ordered correctly we finalized the order and headed for pickup . We blindly picked up the order as they delivered a bit late and rushed home. When came home we realized that they did order one item incorrectly and we were one short of the curry item. Upon calling the restaurant to advise that we have received one item less the lady on the phone admitted directly that they charged for the items without us saying a word when we gave our name. Upon further conversation they werent ready to accept their mistake and requested to speak to the duty manager who took the order. Upon calling again and speaking to the restaurant manager she admitted it was just a confusion and all I heard was sorry. I generously asked if they were ready to deliver I would be more than happy but they denied and all I heard was a sorry. The food was not up to the quality and do not justify the cost. My only suggestion is not to go the restaurant until and unless you run out of option. We have had a worst experience and would never go back also would never suggest any family or friends.*** Be aware they do charge more then the price showing on Menu Log ***

Value for money treat. Everything was in the order. Ambience was excellent. Food quality and taste was awesome. Food presentation was beyond expectation. Staff was very cooperative. Service was very nice. Must visit in hamilton.

I ordered X2 chicken mains, one butter chicken and one chicken korma but only got one container of rice. I expected to get what I paid for! -1 starAlong with mains I ordered X2 garlic naan bread. Both were burnt beyond edible and they had raw garlic pieces on them, disgusting! -1 starAsked that the butter chicken be made hot hot and the chicken korma very mild but the chicken korma came hot hot and so our children were unable to eat it. We instead had to order more food from elsewhere for them. -1 starNow for the positive. This place offers a delivery service which we used. Very convenient. +1 starThe food was very flavoursome. +1 starOverall rating 🌟🌟 stars. Wont recommend to anyone but wont discourage others from visiting.

Absolutely amazing!!! Even leaving a review before trying their food!! Amazing vibes, kind FOH, definitely felt welcome!!! I have to say the music (not the typical indian music) was definitely a surprise but good to see taking in something different!! Cant wait to try our order!!!! Thanks heaps guys

Bought vegetarian food from this place. Was dam good. And I must say that the customer service was excellent.

We ordered the Non-Vege Banquet for Two. It was more like a banquet for six with very generous portions. A great variety of dishes to try. One of us didnt like hot but they accommodated by making it all mild and providing a side dish of their delicious hot chilli. Very friendly hostess who went out of her way to make sure our entire experience was pleasurable.

Terrible service only go here if you like waiting an hour for food that is average at best.

By far this restaurant is probably one of the nicest meals iv had from around this area in Hamilton. I asked for added garlic in everything and they delivered.. my vindaloo was exceptional best iv ever tried and I got kiwi hot. My bfs butter chicken was best he’s had as well and he’s not even really into Indian food.. he picked up the order and he also said the service was amazing.. please please keep this up chilli India you are obviously few and far between we need restaurants like you were hard working people can get a decent meal and not get ripped off for under par food people in business like to pass onto there customers.. thank you so much we Will definitly be back again and we highly recommend you to everyone.

Why so many bad ratings maybe they changed chefs in recent times cause most of there bad ratings were over a year ago Id go as far as to say the lamb rogan josh I tried might be the best curry Ive tried.Edit quality does drop occasionally in quality but still eatable Currysjust a bit disappointed cause when there on there game no Indian takeaway can compete

The butter prawns taseted like they were in hiez tomato soup and the madras was weak, it tasted nice but lacked all heat. the best thing we ordered was the cheese and garlic naan bread.

Great place, great food... i love my hot curries, they make mine traditional hot and added extra if i ask for it... vindaloo is amazing, not to mention all the others ive tried, all A+++, and their tandoori breads are to die for.lifetime customer here.

Wanted to order a curry and naan for myself to be delivered 2 mins away from them as I had a sleeping baby, they wouldnt budge unless I spent $35. Disappointed.

We had delicious dinner at Chilli India Restaurant, and Great customer service, Manager (Diksha) was Very Nice to us. I highly recommend who want great customer service and delicious food.

Ordered a Lamb Korma and Chicken Tikka Masala both medium and a couple of naan breads. Reasonably priced for the amount and quality of the food. Naans were massive, both the Korma and Tikka Masala had lots of meat and the flavours and heat were perfect. Prompt service too that was aligned with the time frame I was told in the phone

We waited over 45 minutes for takeout food that was no better than youd get at the mall (no depth of flavour, very little meat, any only meat and gravy). Felt like theyd forgotten our order, and whipped something up in a hurry, with only the briefest of apologies for the wait. Very disappointed.

My favorite indian restaurant.Great food, good prices, great value for money.Only improvement I can think of would be a selection of foods from different areas that are not the typical curry and rice westerners expect.

First and only time Ive been here.It wasnt bad food, but it has zero atmosphere and nothing memorable to differentiate from any other Indian restaurant.We were dining in at around 7pm and were the only customers in the restaurant the whole time we were there. That seemed a bit odd to us.

This is a really good restraunt, I ordered a goat curry and it was really yum.The staff is fantastic , esp deeksha who served me.Very helpfull and kind.I would highly reccomend this restraunt to anyone looking to eat authentic indian food.Cheers

The worst curry I have ever had. I am pretty sure they have frozen premade base curries that they just slightly alter for each individual orders - it was so bland and watery I couldnt eat it and ended up binning it. If I could give this place 0 stars I would.

Heard from a friend that ate hear that the food was cold and burnt and that there was little to no chicken in there meal. Would not recommend !!

Very poor quality food for the price charged and bad service too. The waitress was actually behaving like she was the one doing us a favour. It’s not like the restaurant was busy. It was completely empty and we were the only ones eating. The food was very very very very very bad. Not recommended for anyone.

The Mango Chicken & Korma (both ordered mild) were acceptable but not much flavour - order medium and youll be right :-).* We ordered to take away, and were told it would be 45 minutes (which to me seems too long, they appeared to not be busy at all).. the food was only ready after 55 minutes - we will phone our order in first next time.

Super yummy food and they went above and beyond to cater for people in our group with allergies. Super friendly and great atmosphere.

Quite happy to pay the extra $ that they charge compared to other Indian takeaways in our area which are many but both meals Ive bought havnt tasted Indian at all.Sweet or TASTELESS .$17 For a main is overpriced for these meals unless they start actually making them worth going there for.

The delivery was was half an hour late I had continuous phone calls saying that I wasnt home turns out they didnt get the address right had to spell it out to them not only that the food had spilt into the bag making a mess and the in the butter chicken was watery I have purchased from this place before but I never will again I most certainly do not recommend them for delivery
