I’ve had my patriot for a while, orange are always quick to reply to emails and really helpful whenever I have a question. I’ll definitely be buying another one soon. 😃

Just had my 1999 P7 resprayed by Orange. They were really helpful and turnaround in less than a week. Now rebuilt and like new. Great quality powder coat finish. 100% recommend.

I spoke to Johnny yesterday about two enquiries i had with a bike Id recently bought an Orange Crush Pro 2020.Well lets just say i had zero expectations for my enquiries to be actioned.But guess what, hes only gone and actioned both!Its small things like this, that keep youre customers loyal to the brand and this has shown me that you have the customer service to back up the bikes you sell, this is rare nowadays.This is my first Orange, it will not be the last.I am proud that i ride one.Thank youJohn Wells

Bought an Orange Clockwork EVO S 29 last year and had an issue with the seat post (not an Orange component) - the guys at Orange HQ could not have been more helpful and replaced the post with a newer model which works perfectly - the bike is fantastic and their customer service is second to none!

Just received our 1993 P7 back after a respray. Delayed due to Covid-19, but the communication and customer service were impeccable and they responded brilliantly to circumstances far out of their control. 10/10 recommend; brilliant company.

Bought a 2020 clockwork evo 29er frame from Minster Cycles in Hull, absolutely love this bike, the craftsmanship is fantastic but what Iove more then anything is their amazing customer service especially their aftersales. One of my internal dropper post guides fell out on the trail (using an old external dropper until funds allow an internal one) emailed the guys at Orange as I could not see them to buy on their website. They couldnt have been more helpful and sent me a couple of replacements out in the post within a couple of days. Definitely dont get that from other big market players, because of this aftersales service and they fact the bike is an absolute weapon on my local trails, I will be buying another Orange when I upgrade/replace it, keep up the good work guys its such a refreshing change to deal with a company that genuinely cares about its customers.
