Worst services. They are cheating their customers by saying that they are authorised travel partners of Thomas Cook. Please do not get trapped, they have several hidden charges which they will tell you once they have your passport with them. Also, the services provided are extremely unprofessional as they do not know how to respond to customer’s query or the charges related to the entire Itinerary. Very rude and unethical behaviour.
