I installed this broadband 3 months back with 100 Mbps plan. Was having some speed nad range issues.Thanks to team they upgraded my router to dual band in nominal charge. Now everything is fine.And one more thing, with dual band router Even 40 Mbps plan is sufficient for heavy multimedia uses in this network.Great service, customer care is too good.

Service is GoodBest thing is 24 x 7 response on whatsapp and quick reply.Installation price is a bit high but, speed is always as promised.Very minimum down time, despite having bad weather or storm, I got maximum down time of 1 hour in last one year.And above all, a local business who is pushing big MNCs back.Will support a Pahadi always.

Took connection last yr.. went out for 3months and now the provider is asking for 1200-1500 for reactivation... simply disheartening and poor customer relation behaviour of the provider. Installation was itself costly of 3k and again asking for money for reactivation is pathetic.. also router is taken back by him.I wont suggest city broadband in haldwani.

If you are a BP patient dont take there service otherwise you can understand.. i wish i could delete this City broadband just wasted my money 3 months..

Your Internet is of good quality. In 40 Mbps plan I am able to watch youtube in 11 devices and that too in high quality without buffering I wanted to give 4 stars , your customer response and quick resolution is far better than anyone. So goodluck.

The net will work properly only during the time your pack expires. As soon as you recharge it , they will start having issues, also no one will reply at that time. Better go for airtel or jio as they are now available on many locations in haldwani now.

Internet quality is good, low latency. even in 40 Mbps I am streaming 4k quality in 4 devices. Requesting you to launch some cheaper plans. and there should be variety of routers to choose from.Thanks to Jeevan and Manjit ji.

I am customer of City Broadband from last one 1 and half year, earlier I had wireless connection. from past 10 Month I am using fiber connection.In last 10 months i didnt face any problem but in month of april from 10th to 20th april there were lots of disturbances in internet.I am writing this review because most of the negative reviews are from this period only.I request all users to guys please dont post review out of panic. You all can see many ISPs have not made any google page because of fear of negative reviews. I know even satellite internet can not provide 100% uptime. And comparatively City Broadband had nearly 99% uptime in last 6 months.I am completely satisfied by the service. I have seen in other networks that internet was down for days.But in city broadband biggest outage didnt lasted more then 6 hours.Keep Working Great Job Guys.. I have been using their service for more than 6 months now. The speed that they claim is correct But when there is a downtime they take too long to fix it. And also they quote only 40-50 mins to fix the issue but they take upto 2-3 hr to fix it. And their internet is also down very frequently (once-twice a week). In short speed is good but you cant really trust their internet because of frequent disruptions.

City Broadband network Haldwani is best internet service provider. Using this service from past 5 years. When we had wireless connection it was good but slow. Fiber connection is fast but wire cut are annoying.

Hello everyone, city broad band have pathetic staff which will keep you hanging at the time of installation. Won’t respond to your call will take all your ID proofs via whatsapp & as you to text them about your problems, & eventually won’t give you answer to that as well. An example of unprofessionalism at its best. Same thing happen to my brother as well. They will promise you about setting up & will not show up . Haven’t used their internet service but I am confident that it will be disappointing.

I am writing this review after using their service from one month. Soft spoken staff, Best Internet service provider in the city, I never felt any problem, no connection lost like other ISPs. The speed of internet is really equal to as mentioned in the plan. However they took long time for installation... May be feasibility issue there.Overall good experience till now, all the best team City Broadband. 👍

Internet speed is what promised but internet is frequently down with very long downtime.

Pathetic service. The guy is just so unprofessional.I had an urgent piece of work which required me to have a stable internet connrction at home. Seeing the reviews here I thought I could trust this service.But everytime I called the guy told me that he will check and inform me back. Days passed and everyday I was hearing the same thing that he will call me back. If you cant provide the service just let me know. What annoyed me the most was that he wouldnt even pick up my calls .There are several ISP in the city .Stop taking customers as fools.

To check fiber availability in my area, they asked me for my location.. Got no response from their side after that day👌🏻

My experience with them has been awful.These people are unprofessional ,arrogant, and liars .I applied for a connection more than two months ago and all that time they just made excuses .All those excuses were blatant lies. Like we are not getting permission from upcl , we will install in next few days etc. But still i waited patiently .Till the end they neither installed nor denied my connection request. I dont understand what type of business model is this where you dont want to serve your customer .Hope in future Jio gigafiber and airtel broadband expand their services soon in Haldwani and break the monopoly of these inefficient private players.

Well, Ill be crisp n clear. I submitted the request n got a quick response. The person whom I spoke exhibited great professionalism n excellent communication ( assuming he is in charge here). He understood the requirement n got the feasibility survey done the same day. They came installed and the net is up / running with 100Mbps connection at Hld. I am super happy n excited and will certainly recommend!

I am an Internet user from past 16-17 years, Ive used internet connection from 4-5 providers in past years.first I switched from govt company to local provider because of service, that local provider was good but he was not providing promised speed, I kept buying bigger and bigger plans but maximum he provided was 50 Mbps and that speed was not enough for my smart TV.Then I switched to Gurgaon based company they gave 100 Mbps connection but the issue was that, with this internet, youtube was good but netflix and other were not good. They used to say if youtube is working internet is good.Last year I switched to City Broadband just because of 100 Mbps speed, and I came to know my smart tv can run on 10 Mbps too... problem was with fake speed provided by other providers.I never faced any problem in past 1 year, once the router adapter was not working and they changed at middle of night.Great After Sale Service... Thank You... I would have given you 10 stars, if there was an option.

First of all i am not your customer.. giving feedback for fooling me two month straight.First they said we can provide fiber connection in few days.. then next week ... Next week .... And so on. After 2 month they said we can not provide fiber connection because optical fiber already running full in this area.You mindless people wasted my two whole month when i was in emergency.

UPDATE AFTER 13 MONTHS:Rating reduced to 3 stars. Their service has gone from good to pathetic and there are more connection issues than before. Biggest let down is the fact that despite the new competition, their plans are still overpriced and they seem to be okay with it. Even after all this, they refused to admit at first that there was no internet received, refused to pick up calls and had the nerve to say that my Wifi router is responsible for the issues. Not recommended anymore, there are much better options.ORIGINAL REVIEW:Using their services for 2 Months now and I never had any major problems. Their speeds are same as they advertise and customer support is very good. Besides, they are the only ISP providing optical fiber internet in my area so I didnt have much of a choice but they never gave me a reason to complain about.Having said that, the plans are a bit on the expensive side but they promised during installation that they are going to revamp their plan structure in a few months. Fingers crossed.

You are not providing service in the heart of city. Where people are egarly waiting for focus on nearby areas of your office durga city centre and nawabi road , tikonia, thandi sadak.

She would be doing work from home soon due to covid-19 and we were expecting proper and good broadband network from your company but your team just wasted our precious time.My earlier review was regarding the same i.e. to make an appointment for a new connection but we didnt get any satisfactory reply from your side because you keep telling her that we would install it sooner but their was no concrete reply from your side regarding the installation date nor even you bothered to give us exact date for the appointment and due to this most of our time which we could have used in searching for another internet service provider got wasted. I am clearing it again that we inquired for a new connection and your team just wasted our precious time.
