As a oldest customer of Decorum furniture.....I can proudly say that Decorum furniture is one of the best furniture store in the city......since I have experience that personally....I m so much impress with the work done by Decorum furniture.............my first purchase from this amazing store was renewation of my kitchen ....I can say that the working was so amazing because personally the owner , Mr. Rajesh Kothari appoint my kitchen....yes...he personally visit my home and suggest me a modular kitchen and that too in a very satisfied cost.....they took less than a week to renew my kitchen.....the work done by Decorum Furniture was damn impressive....that we decided to buy every single furniture from this auspiscious store....... I advice everyone to visit this store....and give them a chance....to show u a miracle...Thank u....

Very poor customer service.........I buy a table worth 5 thousand rupees..There very many problems like side coating tearing up in many sides...Buying time they say workers ghar ayenge and thik kar jayenge..Do not worry.....Uske baad workers took money and didnt do the work........1 month ho gaya hai daily phone karta hu daily bolte hai abhi bhej rahe hai abhi bhej rahe hai but aaj tak ni aaye hai paise lene ke baad bhi..Jitne ka kaam ni usse jyade ki calls bhi kar di unko..Fir bhi aaj tak ni bheje kaam karne 1 month hone ko aa gaya.....If you need better customer service do not go at this shop.....Very poor and cheap customer service of this shop.....
