Very bad placement agency.. they are just asking for registration fees, after submitting the fee they will not call you and no follow up with the candidate for job interview. And very poor recruitment team. Dont go for this agency.. very bad experience. Fake consultancy... The Candidate follow-up of BDS team is very poor. Kindly work on that. The team is least bothered about what a candidate faced , how the interview went , what are the suggestions which can be worked upon.Its better to get other placement agencies around the town.

This place is the biggest fraud consultancy i have ever come across. They ask for money and never called me after that for any sort of interview. Such a pathetic services they provided. If you are a job seeker please dont go for this consultancy . Its not about money , if they have taken the money than they are supposed to conduct interviews but they didnt even bother to call once , when I called them WHY were they didnt conduct any interview 🤔 one of their agent replied that she couldnt find my profile...... worst and fraudulentLook at the reply in my review. What I had mentioned in my review that BDS didnt organised a single interview, so how I m suppose to clear it . Dont tell me whether I am capable of cracking any I interview or not . I have more than 8 years of experience in my own Industry and I am doing a decorative job with very big company . So first read the review and than reply with open eyes . In case if you are not able understand than it is waste to be in this industry for 8 years .
