I received the answer that nothing special needs to be done, but only send the sneakers with a statement, which I did.And today the manager calls me and says that although I made an order in the store and received / paid for it at the pick-up point in the Gulliver shopping center, this purchase is now considered a purchase in a regular retail store and I have to go to the shopping center after the lockdown on April 9 and issue a return there. At the same time, my arguments that it was not indicated on the site, that the consultant did not warn me about this, although I specifically specified that the order was made in the online store and was simply received / paid at the point of issue in the Gulliver shopping center, were completely ignored. No apologies for the lack of professionalism and mistake of the consultant, no desire to make amends and resolve the issue, nothing. Now you will have to waste time, wait for the end of the lockdown and go to the store again to issue a refund. Lotto Ukraine is a failure.
