Me and a few friends were in Uttarakhand, and stopped at their service centre on the way back to Delhi on 30.12.2020.Mr. Bhaskar, the Service Manager, and Mr. Shivam, the Service Advisor were very polite, helpful and quickly attended to us. It was greatly appreciated, and we are very pleased to recommend them, and the service centre.

I will complaint for my classic 350 black bs6 fuel tank. No knee pad in the new fuel tank I was change the fuel tank in insurance but shoroom was giving duplicate tank for my bike

No one receives the call, tried to contact many times.!!!

They just want good feedback and reviews. Worst experience in suri sales royalenfield showroom.Problem is that the staff and workers never check vehicle after service , they only do their formalities.

This is the wrost royal Enfield service outlet in whole India .The staff doesnt know what they doing,they are not professional neither they are empathic enough.My bike had few problems before I gave my for service and after charging me 1600 rupees still my bike had those problems .One mechanic says something another says something this is disgusting.This is wrost royal Enfield showroom in haldwani .senior people from Enfield should come and see how these people are spoiling Enfield name.
