Nice and clean place ,service is good. quality of food is also good*****he only drawback is,it is on 2nd floor that to without lift.

No windows available, rooms are fine, internet is good, food is tasty.

This is one of the best hotels we stayed in. Room was large with a sitting area with a couch. The room was very, very clean and modern. The staff at the front desk was very friendly, helpful and professional.

Strongly recommend dont go to this hotel...service is very poor...rooms are quite good but the behavior of there staff is very bad.. once i left this hotel at 1 am due to the dirty treatment of their staff

Management is very bad as there is no way we can conatact reception and everytime we need something we have to go to reception.untrauned staff.Also no room service and bit pricy rooms.entrance is very bad.manager attitude is very bad and he was saying that we dont entertain oyo customers.Overall very bad experience

Inappropriate behaviour of the manager. Booked 4 rooms through OYO but the staff denied their partnership with OYO, visiting this hotel was mere inconvenience for us.And on top of that, they asked for double the desired price for bookings.OYO has much more to offer... please omit this place and choose other hotels available nearby!

I had booked a 4x Suite for 3 people via OYO app and I was denied check-in when I reached the hotel at nearly 1 pm. The manager said, the rooms were unavailable and the only suite that was available had its AC malfunctioning. I asked him why did he not drop a call if that was the case. We had traveled so far and the excuses sounded very sly. I called OYO immediately and after some rather grave discussion, he offered us their dormitory to stay. We had nowhere to go, theres no OLA/ UBER in Haldwani. We had to stay anywhere they put us. As far as I could conclude, the rooms were available and the manager, as I infer from the conversation between OYO support team and the manager, was asking 1600 bucks to shift us to a good room and OYO wasnt willing to pay. They had some kind of dispute and it has become a ritual for OYO to cause disappointments after disappointments. Now, when we stayed at this huge dormitory, only one AC was working and the other ACs supply had been cut off because we paid less. The only AC working was incapable of cooling such a huge room, there was no telephone to call reception, we had to walk to the reception every time we needed something, the washroom tap provided dripping water, the manager especially, didnt have courtesy to be apologetic for his mistake.

Awsm hotel .. All facilities are good

We book the room by oyo, but when we visit the hotel for check-in but manager is not allow us for check-in and the behavior and attitude of manager is really very rude. We are very disappointed for the service

Bad service, OYO booking(prepaid) rejected when reached there, just to charge double than OYO.. Had to roam around for 2 hour extra to get some other better option..

Fake hotel they wont provide the actual service with oyo... This hotel staff is also not coperative and not even listen you.

Food and service is not good even I paid for the breakfast there is no complimentary breakfast one or two options all the time when I asked for, and one of the room service boy asked me for the money indirectly for the tip I dont know why,even though the amount is not big but the behaviour of the staff is not good.
