Staff is very helpful,waiting area is well maintained.....must say, doctor is very humble, communicative n inspiring. Quality of scan is amazing n detailed. No complaints on time, obviously its time consuming process ,proper co-operation can do wonders in this case.Only thing to be focused on is proper sanitation of toilets.Thats all.....Good luck !!

Not a good place to be in . I made a bill at 2:00 pm and Was waiting till 5:30 with a pregnant lady without food .They are sense less and do not care .Attitude of staff is not great. When asked for refund at 5:00 he was giving me refund ..Will share the bill and the report time and my exit time if anybody argues..

I made an online appointment (Through phone call & made the payment using Gpay) for whole abdomen ultrasound Test. I was advised to visit at 3 PM with empty stomach, I visited at 3:10 PM. I got the appointment at 4:30 PM.I waited for more than 1 hour which is quite a long duration (30 mins is manageable) however I got convinced on the thorough test that was examined by the doc (duration ~20 mins)I have given 4 start only because of the doc who conducted the test inspite of long wait. 1 star deducted because of the arrogant behaviour of the nurse inside the cabin, she was behaving as if shes unhappy with the job or working for free.My advice to the management - Required proper time management training to the staffs who fix the appointment also look after that nurse I dont know whats wrong with her.

This was my third visit to perfect imaging. They always do a detailed scan.. Other scan centres which i visited finish scan in 2 minutes so that they can make more money but i have never seen Dr Amit Mishra in hurry ....he gives so much time to each and every patient..even they provide video of the scan..

I came for second opinion after doubtful reports from other centres..i have heard from people that many patients come here for second opinion..dr Amit Mishra gives adequate time in understanding the patient and giving accurate diagnosis

Best diagnostic centre in Haldwani. I went for pregnacy scan and dr. Amit give his full time in scan and he was not in hurry in finishing the scan in 15mins. Really satisfied to see each and every detail of the baby

2 stars, despite the fact that the doctors are very professional, and do a good checkup.The toilets are moderately clean. And boys can use th contactlessly.There is a water machine but advisable to carry your own in Covid times.THE ONLY PROBLEM AND A VERY SERIOUS ONE RIGHT NOW IS THAT THEY DO NOT ACCEPT PAYMENTS VIA CARD OR UPI SCAN.YOU HAVE TO GO FROM ONE ATM TO ANOTHER AND THERE IS HIGH RISK ONE CAN CATCH THE COVID VIRUS FROM ACCESSING ATMS.IT HAS BEEN QUITE A TIME AND THEY DO NOT SEEM TO BE IN THE MOOD TO INSTALL CONTACTLESS PAYMENT GATEWAYS. I THINK IT IF TO SAVE 2% OF SURCHARGE THAT TEY GET CHARGED VIA THISE PAYMENT GATEWAYS. BUT AT THE SAME TIME THEY ARE RISKING OUR LIVES.If you are going here take cash from home, or else STAR DIGONOSTICS, CHANDAN DOAGNOSTICS near Judge Farm, Mukhani are both a safe option. The services there are also good.

Pathetic staff and service too, waited for more than an hour and have to leave without ultrasound. It seems that they neither care for client and even they are least bother with situations and emergencies. Will recommend not to choose them rather go for someone who cares ur time and values ur emergency.Sorry but have traveled several places and met several people but here the reception team and even doctors seems influenced by staff. As they told each that Docter asked them to return money and let them go.Pathetic staff and shop( ?)

The place was quite nice, the doctors are very good in what they do, they tried their best to give full knowledge about the ultrasound and then performed it quite professionally.

Worst ultrasound centre in haldwani in my view. For a change we decided to go here instead of other centers and regretted every minute of this decision.1. Staff is very rude and unorganised there is no order for patients.2. Cleanliness is also very compromised, toilets are more dirty than govt hospital.3. We have to wait for 3 hours for ultrasound and staff were not even telling us properly when is our number.So the crux is never visit this center for test.

It was really satisfied experience , Doctors are highly qualified and thier friendly behavior reduces the stress to zero. Staff is experienced enough and well bahaved.
