The hotel ambience is safe and nice. hotel staffs are very courteous and helpful. I will certainly recommend this hotel to my knowns and prefer to stay here whenever I visit haldwani next time.

Such a pathetic stay with this cheap property I will never suggest all to book this hotel. Hotel is totally unhygienic and they never do the cleaning of the room. Linens were torn up blanket was smelling...If there could be a icon I hope we should give them -10.

Good place for a short stay while keeping expectations based on price you are paying. decent place right on road, separate entrance to the hotel with a yamaha showroom on the ground level. staff for check-in was very polite and helpful. located at rampur road which is very crowded and finding a ride to commute was a bit challenging except for shared auto service. took time to check-in after staff confirmed from the manager&owner and provided a room which was different from what was shown and chosen at the time of booking. based on the price it was fine and i did not object as it was late evening to go and find another place at last minute with hassles of justifying the reasons for cancellations. bedsheet, pillow covers and blanket did not look fresh clean. breakfast was not very good and satisfactory.

This hotel is the worst one in Haldwani ....Hotel owner is very rude & inefficient person. Even he has no sense to manage his staff.... No sense to talk to his customers. Rooms are worst quality...water taps are broken and bed sheets are very dirty.. Very bad ambiance... pathetic. it is not at all matching with the price.On the whole It was a bad experience for our first time stay….guys dont book this hotel at all......

Overall experience is good except1 2 issues. Issues were tap water in the bathroom was too hot at noon so that water was untouchable at noon. Bed sheet was not clean enough. Except these things everything is good like room services, staff, food everything is good.

Fraud hotel beware before booking this hotel.I booked room at Ashoka da grand haldwani hotel. I got a confirmation from agoda saying booking confirmed. But when I called the hotel to confirm the booking, the hotel manager said we can not give the room in this price. I just want to ask from hotel manager/owner if you dont want to give accomadation is this price so why are you listing your hotels in this pirce.This is really worst experience. Before doing this please think you are ruining someone plans.

Service was horrible.1)They provided us with the used bed sheets.2)They refused to give us the blanket for the third guest.After requesting for half an hour they provided us with the used blankets which they were using.3)After seeing the blanket we told them that we will complain to OYO about how you are refusing for the blanket and providing us the used blankets.4)All blankets were stinky.5)Only one staff whose name is Raju was really kind to us and he was trying to give us the good service.

Rooms were spacious, nice balcony view, parking facility available, room were very clean, nice staff, good food, only problem there was no Lift and wifi if you are going 2nd floor.

I dont know this rating is for the hotel or the Oyo bechare I dont understand whose fault was it.Very bad experience. Made booking through Oyo. Came all the way to Haldwani for the first time. Luckily the bus driver was great so we managed to arrive a little early than expected. Had seen the images of the hotel on Oyo so was already excited to check-in. But my feeling and excitement was thrashed by the hotel staff who answered the phone.They only asked me whether the Booking is paid in advance or not.I said yes.They said sorry.We are not accept ing booking from oyo.I was like whaaaat...?They simply adviced me to talk to Oyo and disconnected the call.And I am Blank on the streets.I suggest you all trying to book with Oyo.Kindly check with the hotel right after the booking to ensure you dont have to face trouble like me.

First thanks to OYO. Com they have given great discount to me. Hotel is very good, and looks great and neat, new rooms. But complimentary breakfast not satisfied, very less quantity two breads only. So, dont expect complimentary, but rooms are great.

The guy sitting on Reception was very rude. Even he wasnt interested to get the room booked when I called him. He disconnected my call while talking. I had to call him back to ask man why you disconnected the call in the mid of conversation? . He was rude throughout. Room Service staff was all right. I checked out in the morning at 5, they asked me to pay at night. Nobody was there while I was leaving. I tried to find someone at the reception but nobody listened to me. There was no lift so I had to get my all luggage down myself. Pathetic service. Not recommended at all.

Location was appropriate. Breakfast was good. Room service was nice with staff behavior polite. Room and washroom were clean. Lightnings was good. It was a comfortable and good stay.

It was my friend marriage tour. I was decide to book hotel near transport nagar haldwani .we book basic classic room but it was above our expectation level room which was it.. big size, neat and clean very helpful staff. best room service couple and faimly friendly.

Awsome service with great food but Please be cautious to ask for correct menu as the prices differs in the menu they have with what they have kept in the room for guest to order. I was been charged extra while check out by 500 rs

Service of hotel is not up to mark, I agree in small city this kind of problem come, but should give priority to service by hotel staff, cleanness is also not up to mark, breakfast is very poor I.e. paratha or sandwich can take anyone only. although charges are reasonable but should give at least 2 items.
