Staff is well trained and the service center is quite remarkable as well. We had a couple of problems with the manager on our first purchase of Access 125. However, later turned out to be ok. Although the models of bikes are quite limited, they could increase the variety of vehicles.The Washroom for customers also need to be cleaned up properly and should have proper water supply. In the waiting room there were a lot of mosquitoes and the time we spent together went in keeping those away from our skins.

My damaged vehicle is at this showroom, its been more than a week, no processing done yet just because I have done insurance from another company and not through them.They said u have to run everywhere to get estimated budget approved, we cant help.

It is Suzuki motors service centre and dealership centre here you can buy Suzuki bikes . I purchase my sports bike Suzuki gixxer 154 cc from this centre. My experience is good with dealer of this centre . But behaviour of their workers and mechanic is not good .This place is situated in national highway 109 Haldwani city Nainwal uttarakhand. You should must visit this place for service of your bike.Customer launge is very dirty lot of mosquitos are thereI think they never cleane this placeWhen I visit this place I never feel Im in suzuki showroom

Very old showroom of Suzuki. Recently they have improved the quality and the sales guys are well trained now. They will pitch in to the maxum level and try to convince you as to why their product is better than their competitors.

If we talk about bike service this showroom provides its just about an oil change carburettor check and air filter change thats it if u ride a bike and have a problem thats ur problem they are not going to address it. They ll just do what they know or are told to do oil change .......and so on. Talking about Suzuki bikes or scooties thats a personal preference and depends on what are u purchasing . Solely talking about showroom services starting from offers n till bike service not satisfactory.

Customer service is unprofessional. I bought access 125 from this dealer and I was told that I will be enrolled in a lucky draw program under which I will be eligible for a jacket + prize based on lottery. However they did not gave me the jacket on the day of purchase.Since then I have visited twice.During first visit the lady at the counter told me that jackets are not available anymore.During the 2nd visit she told that the keys of the almirah are not available. This has been an embarrassing experience for me.However I am happy with my choice of vehicle...Suzuki access is certainly much better than activa 125 in looks, mileage and price. Suzuki has done a great job in this segment.

As far as location is considered its located on NH in Bareilly road clearly visible not dificult to find.Reason for 3star well plenty1.Even suzuki products are goods but after sales service is pathetic.2.The people around arent energitic enoughAnd once you enter its look like a very quite place.3.Services like home pickup for two wheeler not avialable.ONCE U BUY A SuZUKI PRODUCT AFTER THAT ONLY U ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR ALLSUZUKI STILL HAS A LONG WAY TO GO.
