Doctor is good and polite but reception staff particularly lady staff is very rude.Reception staff is not fair in sending the patients as per their no.They manage as per their whims .I had very bad experience encountering the rude lady staff who behaves very badly with the patients who comes to doctor with hope to get better treatment.Clinic management must take notice of it.

Its a messy center with no protection against covid. Staff is very rude and i must suggest to think twice before walk in here. I request doctor Prakash pant to initiate measures for administration first. Patients are not just customers.
