Pathetic all around staff assistance no one is even bothered about the patients ,the staff is also so ignorant that even after asking the process how things would go never had time to respond back . My mother was having issues and I visited the doctor but the entire process take centuries to get your concern address.I am writing this down as i am still waiting to know about my mothers xray analysis. This review is all about the staff assistance, heard alot about the DR. But how responsive the diagnosis and effective the medications are will post afterwards but i wont suggest people to visit . Seriously pathetic....I was also checking out the other reviews and was reqlly surprised that people have marked this the best place ,may be would be in haldwani but not as good as other Cosmopolitan cities .
