So, I recently bought a laptop from this store and this is what I experienced, in a summarised form.• Lack in variety. (I came here to buy best value laptop under 50k. But, they showed me only i3 laptops, I guess there are much better options within the range of 50k..🤔)• Lack in customer support. (Within a month or two the keys of my laptop randomly stopped working, booting took around 5 - 10 minutes and the laptop started making strange sounds and the screen used to freeze. Due to my exams I didnt approach the shop because the laptop had a 6 months warranty, within around 3 months of purchase date, my mom called the staff and complained about the problems which occured. Next day, I approached the shop and the shopkeeper strictly denied to replace or repair it under warranty. He then asked me to add ssd to the laptop, I agree this shortened the booting time, but what about my keys and screen freeze...🙄)• Doesnt believe his customers. (So, let me tell you about my keys and screen freeze problem..When I explained these problems to the shopkeeper he started laughing and called me a story maker...,when I showed him a recorded proof of my key not working during my online lectures he started making unacceptable excuses. He said that I have put wrong password🤐..My laptop doesnt have any unlock password, moreover I do not use any third party applications for joining my lectures, I attend them directly through browser..so where the hell have I put the wrong password..When I questioned him this, he did not answer my query and left my message seen without any reply)• Usually I dont write such long reviews, but I had no other option..Moreover, Ill send similar reviews from my other gmail ids and wont remove them until I get any good response from the shopkeeper.*I know that you (the shopkeeper) are reading this comment, contact me ASAP..
