I will be talking about the services here1. Reception : They take appointment properly via phone calls but are not really willing to give to complete information once you reach there.They lack their interest in replying your questions related to the lab or urology.2. Urology: Dr. S Pandey is very kind and helpful. I would highly recommend everyone for any stone related problems.I had undergone with two kidney stones operations and hence were successful.3. CT& X-ray : The team of two people is perfect, polite and again helpful.4. Ultrasound: I have done around 3-4 check ups in the past 6 months. Report part is always satisfactory.Dr. Tanica is knowledgeable.However I am little upset with her way of treating the patient.She looks arrogant, gets easily angry, screams if the patient is not in the right position for check up.Dear Management these are small details of noticing things, if we are paying high amount then we are also expecting good services from your end individually.Services really create difference.

The service being provided at the pathology lab is good. But their app is not working. Please fix this issue as we cant come to lab and then book an appointment. Online facility of booking ultrasound and test is shown in their file via their official app but in true their app doesnt open even..

Prices are too high!! If you are recommended by any doctor to diagnose your patient to Raghav Pathlab then please once call other diagnostic center about the same test to compare the prices!

I specifically mentioned that We r in a hurry so We were told itll take half n hour as there is a waiting and 2-3 minutes for the report. They made us wait for an hour and a half, 10 mins for the test And another 20 minutes to hand over the report. Even the doctor left by the time we reached the hospital .There was no measure being taken to maintain social distancing in the midst of pandemic.Visited again and all together a different experience. Probably the pathlab worked on the last feedback. Would change my review. Thank you soo much for making it too quick this time and no false promises.

Really bad to see how the people / receptionist handling the situation. We booked our appointment a day before and our no. was 4.. when we reached at the time of appointment, we had to wait for more than 1 hour. 6 patients sent before us.. who booked their appointment the the next day..Appointment numbers must be followed, keeping everyones time and money in mind.Staff should be well trained, how to handle the public as everyone will ask to get their scanning done on priority.There is no assistant for the doctor to type the report.. Patients has to wait for more time in the Ultrasound room.All new patients coming to the clinic are given the same time.. not good at allWill try next time just to see if situation has changed or not.All the Best!!

Best pathology lab in haldwani, they have advanced machines that result in quicker turnaround time for tests unlike competitors who have to send samples to Delhi. This is the first pathology lab in Haldwani. Dr. Raghav is also a very senior doctor and the experience reflects in the test results quality. They also have home collection facility. I have been a satisfied customer every time i have used their services.

Very bad experience..... The staff does not take proper precautions while operating blood samples, and they dont maintain proper hygiene.I saw staff members using the same gloves for every work.

Aajkal ke vyast jiwan me jaha public bhagam bhaag m h wahi aapke waha doctor ke aane ka time 11.30 hai,log subah se line laga rhe h bass logo paise jama krwa ke intezaar karwaya jata h.log 2-2din se number laga jaate h aur jinkonturant jarurat h unki koi sunne wala nhi. sirf paiso ke liye hi h.samaaz ke liye kuch nhi.sirf dikhane ke liye hi h.ek advice jisko tatkaal jarurat h aur maojud h to sabse pehle usko variyta di jaaye. I went to Raghav lab today, so I had to face a lot of problem here, I went to do ultrasound, in which I was given 2 hours, along with it was also told that if urine pressure will build up, then you can tell even before I told them. Accordingly, after 1 hour my urine became pressure, I told his receptionist, he said that if the next one will come, I will send you, I kept waiting from 10 oclock to 1:30 but my number still did not come, just kept saying that if the next one will come Will send then after that I went to sandalwood diagnostics at 1:45, then I got ultrasound there by 2:30 pm and also got the report by 2:45Now from Raghav Pathology people, can anyone hold the urine pressure for 2:30-3:00 hours, so that urine tube can burst and did your management do it right? Thats why I would never recommend going to this lab
