I visited in hope of taking membership but the lady who manages the place is not friendly at all, she wont answer questions, wont even be at her desk (its her kids sitting there). Such a bummer for a lovely place.Though its not very close to my place, I liked the place for its environment and apt syllabus books.My grievances-The help desk lady is of no heLp at all.No contemporary literature books available.A few Fiction books( limited to classics only)The batch system for membership.

I do agree with others, the lady incharge dont do her job properly, once she took the fees and charged it for the previous month (1 month before I even joined) instead of listening to me she was accusing me and thus I decided not to go there ever again.

Best place to focus on whatever ur studying.....silent sorroundings is a plus

Its a great place to study in a peaceful and sincere environment. You wont get better library infra in Haldwani. The things I liked about this place are:1)Peaceful environment2)Proper infrastructure3)Ample reading material availableThis place is situated deep inside laldanth so no unnecessary noise and disturbance.

Very useful place for all. here we can learn yoga and read books to get knowledge free.

It was good until they start bringing politics inside library and completely spoiled the whole environment. It is a library not a school stop doing things other then a library supposed to do and they Wont give you old news papers not even a day old just because that aunt doesnt want to be bothered by that , just want to sit all day. I asked for papers and the reply I got was jis din ata h uss din padho. Who the hell are you to tell me that. In the end youve got no other good options, Ive literally checked every library here in haldwani and each of it sucks. अंधों में2कानां राजा is the situation weve got here. Haldwani sucks in terms of libraries, I wish we had a better one
