Doctors and attendant not available most of the time.From 1 PM to 4 PM they go on Lunch at individual time.When you go for test at 1PM ..not available lunchWhen you waited and complete the test and go to next place at 2PM ..not available on lunch ...you waited and complete it by 330 then when you go to Doctor placeNot available went on lunch..they will say just now doctor completed OPD so wait please...then doctor will see you at 430 or 5 PMThis is mismanagement..they need to improve it.Time is important for us also

Ya here is I am going to share my story .as I was diagnosed with keratoconus .My number increased very rapidly ,and there were eye allergies and also lot of eye pain.my vision was also very blurred .I went to dr Mayank and advised to perform a surgery .surgery was good doctors took good care of me even after surgery .I choose trek system treatment was little expensive but still not mind friends as kc is not fun .and vision also improved .even after 1 year my eye no is nearly the same .I have found improvement in my vision thanks dr Mayank.

As soon as you enter the premises youll feel like youre in a government hospital without any guthka ki peek on the walls and better lighting. Waiting lounge is crowded almost everytime,chairs are so congested that itll remind you of kumbh mela. I went there during covid period , there was no sign of social distancing.. every one was breaking the queue as every indian is supposed to. I had to call the security guard and tell him his responsibility. But people were back to the status quo after 5 minutes or so. Standing so close that you can smell their aamla ka oil on their hair.Theyll take ₹300 rupees for the tests you dont need but youve to take those test even if youre there for myopia.On the top of that they are a cash only organization. Any half a brain can figure out why they take cash only.Theyll prescribe you one Medicine at least.. which you wont be able to find anywhere in the city except their own store.The doc was nice and cordial enough to answer all of my quaries without being impatient and making me feel like Im talking to my ex ( she hated my guts and wanted to get rid of me everytime we talked).Dont go there for routine eye checkup. Unless youve a serious problem in your eyes ( like disease or something).Spectacles prescription can be done for ₹100 or less in Haldwani. No need to waste ₹300 for that here.

I came all the way from Almora to haldwani to get my 95 years old father get examined in this Clinic. After waiting about 2 to 3 hours we could not meet meet Dr Pangtey. I have been asked to pay another fee for eye scanning I couldnt get this. Very very sad and disheartening. Wish never see you again

I would like to share my experience with Drishti Eye Care Haldwani. I was undertreatment for retinal issue at KGMU Lucknow. The doctor in charge advised that further treatment would require vitrectomy which could be risky. After this I visited Dr Bhanu P S Pangtey at Dristi Eye Care. He suggested that I should go for surgery to improve vision. I followed his advise and surgery was done by him. The surgery was successful and I experienced improvement in vision. So far, there is no complications. In my opinion, it is the best eye care centre in this region.

Id few occasions to visit Drishti Centre at Haldwani, twice for my eye tests, and once for developing cataracts. Recently, my grandchild had problem in the left eye causing extreme concern for us. Fortunately, Drishti successfully operated on it after just a week of medication. Didnt went that well. There is no point in taking an appointment because i waited for 3 hours after a scheduled appointment. And doctors are lil busy there dont know, doc recommended me for a oct scan and then when it was done. Doctor was not available to see it. As i had to travel the next day so was not able to visit the next day. waste of money..
