Just another business centre , they only want to make money . My daughter and I went for her vaccination (2and dose) and when asked the receptionist said it will be /750 RS.When the govt has clearly instructed an upper limit of the vaccine price .Highly disappointed wouldnt recommend it .

Dr. Ajay Pal is a criminal Who can go to any extent for draining out money. The mission of this hospital is to put lives in danger for earning money. They dont give a clear summary of the patients reports and medicines even the treatment is not given appropriately. The whole team is unethical and unprofessional who can achieve its mission (money at the cost of patients life) through political support. It is unfortunate to enter the doors of this hospital which does not guarantee any fair treatment BUT deteriorating health to death. God will teach you all a very good lesson!I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THIS HOSPITAL TO ANYONE-SAVE LIVES CAMPAIGN!

Doctor and other facilities are good . They also takes admit to ESI card holder. But you can not a bench for rest being as a attendent of a mareez. They should provide a sitting arrangements or little bit sleeping arrangements for attendents by the way the mains this is Docter and treatment are good .

Though there are only few hospital in this city so you have to count on them. Thats how the corruption works in our country, at the end of the day it just breaks you and makes you helpless.

During covid times too, this hospital is charging twice the price of CT scans and other tests from patients. Where CT scans are being done in Rs. 3500-4000 by other hospitals, Brijlal Hospital is charging Rs. 8500.

Staff is no doubt good.... But the work they do is messy... Me myself being a doctor asked them many a times during surgery ... Plz make sure sutures are proper... But no they had given a very bad sutures which are cosmetically not good nd even my surgery was performed by nurses😒😒😒😒🙄🙄🙄

The bad thing is they are not providing an extra bed for patients caretaker for the night .But, at the same time what I loved most is this landmark. Beautiful view infront of it, where you can spent your night with the joy of open sky.

Worst hospital in Haldwani. Doctors are not professional !! It is strange that here is no option for “zero” starts. My personal vote is “0/5”. Plz don’t go there, if you really want to save your patient. They make the condition of the patient worst! It is an example of poorest management, casual attitude of Doctors towards patient. The service of the hospital is highly recommended

Poor patient management..especially in their cardiology department..waited for more than 5 hours for our patients turn..initially the doctor was giving 30-40 minutes to each patient, but at the end in a hurry to wrap up, the remaining patients were handled carelessly..we were given less than a minute and not even examined properly and asked to revisit...complete waste of time and money..never recommend to anyone.

I was charged 11,500 for CT-Scan absolute rip-off of patients. CT staffs attitude was also a problem.

Most 5 star reviews appear to be from hospital staff as one can notice that they only have 1 or 2 published reviews in their profiles.2. NABH accreditation doesnt convey the full picture or damage this hospitals doctors are capable of. Narrative of being the best superspeciality in this region is completely bogus. Doctors who run it lack any empathy or conscience and have forsaked their Hippocrates oath. Their lead motif and focus is unabashed profits.3. Orthopaedic, Dr Ajay Pal is a chor and one among the board of directors who also runs the orthopaedic department. He is highly unethical and greedy. He was reported to Medical council of India(MCI) but unfortunately hasnt been blacklisted yet. Urge others to follow through and report him as well if below mentioned incidents are similar to ur experiences at the hospital. Events that transpired with me at the hospital are as follows.4. On a return biking trip from Kumaon region in 2012 july, I suffered an anterior cruciate ligament(ACL) tear in my knee when I slipped on a muddy wet road. I was an averagely fit guy in my 20s.5. Despite the injury i reached haldwani. I noticed brij lal hospital as the shiny, glass effaced building is quite discernible to passersby on the highway6. On entering inside, a sophisticated marketing technique is apparent. Customising the ambience with a glamourous hospitality feel, hospital has employed beautiful pahadi women as admin staff, elegantly dressed in uniform sarees similar to air hostesses. Through the charms of these women a patient is lured.7. Seeing the call of sirens during my injury prone vulnerability,I was enticed and sought the staff for a Dr consultation. Inturn i was referred to the orthopaedic, Dr ajay pal, after paying a heavy consultation fee which is very high for a tier 4 town.(a)Dr ajaypal immediately exploited my delicate situation by asking me to get a magnetic resonance imaging(MRI) done inhouse without even physically examining my leg. This costed me Rs 6000( I later learned from another Dr that MRI is resorted to only after the inflammation and swelling, due to fluid formation around the ligament injury, subside, as the fluid distorts mri and leads to inconclusive diagnosis on the severity of the injury).(b)Dr ajaypal insisted on my admission for ligament reconstruction and surgery, immediately after examining the mri, stating that its a major injury. This psychological ploy of manipulation was deliberately intended to invoke fear on my injurys criticality to compel me to seek admission( i still didnt realise my naiveté of reposing trust in the noble profession of a Doctor at this point).(c) While i had problems walking, luckily lacking more money or time, i refused. With trepidation, i further continued to dehradun on my bike. Driving for nearly 14 hours in bad rainy monsoon weather i sought admission the next day in a govt army hospital.(d) an army orthopaedic saw my MRI. He was the first to tell me on how a MRI should be taken only after the knee swelling subsides.(e) i was immobilised with a cast on my leg for nearly 20 days till the inflammation and swelling subsided. Post that a diagnostic orthroscopy, consisting of a mini camera was inserted after administering local anaesthesia to check the injury.(f) I was shown on screen and made to understand that it was a grade 1 acl tear injury. The Dr counselled then that as some part of the ligament was intact, it was my personal choice to ask for reconstruction. I refused, to which the Dr said ok.(g) have not undergone acl reconstruction even post 9yrs of the injury. Through physiotherapy I have regained some of the muscle which i lost due to atrophy while under cast. I am able to run walk and climb. However descent does make me realise my injury as some instability is noticed.ACL tear is a routine injury as per sports medicine which many sportsmen suffer.

My mother aged 75 went to meet Dr Madhu Kiran - gynaecologist she was very rude. Did not bother to check. Dr such as these should not be doctor. Should have at least basic courtesy. Very disappointed

This is a chor hospital, the same as shown in the movie Gabbar, for two stitches they had charged 15k along with the unnecessary blood tests which they didnt even conduct. They are fraud. Please dont go to this hospital in any case.

Pathetic staff and doctors. Dont know whether he was doctor or what. My friend got a deep cut in his hand, we rushed him to this hospital where they refused to treat without FIR. We told it happened on a rickshaw and hence no registered vehicle was involved, they did bandage but didnt install glucose even though allot of blood had already been wasted. As a result his BP got down. The dr asked us 1.5 lacs for plastic surgery of a cut. We told him that were students so he suddenly came down to 50k. We asked for discharge immediately as this hospital staff was greedy so they doscharged without painkiller injections. I reminded them and the ward boy who gave him the injection demanded tip. What the hell, were we there on a child birth? They loot us and use the chance of scared patients.Then we rushed to sushila tiwari government hospital where they treated well,the staff and doctors were highly skilled. They stitched his hand and the work was done in just 7 stitches. Counselled us and made us calm.We were about to have a nervous breakdown at the brijlal hospital, they scared the hell out of us.

Gone with the reivew of reputaed hospital, all having the same condition.just one request to the hospitals before recruiting any doctor or any staff please make sure they are having atleast good behaviour and their knowledge as well.we all are paying to the hospital not to doctor so we can suggest to the hospital only. If the hospital will be strict for all the issues then doctor will not do what they are doing.

I had visited this hospital many times for small small fever too. All is ok.Recently I met the Surgeon Mr Amerendra kumar. It was the worst experience. O god. The doctor is so arrogant and uses bad words. Speaks many harsh words; that a patient may get ill only by listening him. Mr Amrendra kumar is so inhuman he had not a 1% behavioral manners of doctors that how should a doctor talk to his patient.Brij lal should terminate him. And appoint a new surgeon. He abused his patients all the times...Whether elder or younger.I hate his face.

They charge extra on everything.Its pathetic . My daughter had pain in her back bone . I went to the hospital and waited around 50 mins to get registered after that we came to know that Dr will be coming after 2 hours ( Neuro department) after waiting for another 2 hours Dr ask us for X ray . And another 2 hours wasted for Xray cause no one was intrested in doing that . And above all which make me so offended was the statement of that stupid doctor was that Do you ppl know science , i said what then again Doc laughed at us and again and said when you ppl havent read science how can i explain you . Hospital has Galaxy of well experienced Specialists.Cardiology department needs special mention with is equipped with Cath lab

Poor experience. Kept the patient for almost 15hours and the Dr was suppose to reach by 10:00 am for operation but was unable to make it. Unfortunately, have to change the hospital.

These are criminals with only one thing in mind to how to harass patient..... I had horrid time in every small thing that happened there..... Apart from Dr Ashish Tiwari, all other staff have only one thing on priority that is to make sure patient pay out the maximum amount of money by harassing them to the core..... They will not provide you any document regarding the medication done there on the pretext of system not working. They have there own rule according to which providing report and X ray is forbidden to customer and they will mak sure the bills are raised for which they will only give money receipts and no detailed bill......

In my opinion Brij lal team is more interested in billing heavy charges, no matter treatment is really required to the patient. Will not recommend anyone to visit this hospital.

First of all you people need to be beware of every move from stepping into this hospital from making your mind to come here. Now I beforehand beg your pardon as my ordeal expressed below is quite lengthy but read it full so you can understand about the state of service specially Surgeon of this hospital. Had a hemorrhoidectomy done by Surgeon Dr Karan on 17th was hospitalised in pvt room Room No. 106 for 5 days from 16th June 2017 to 21June 2017. Dr Karan himself has seen me only once just for 1 or 2 minutes was discharged on 21st June 2017 sighting satisfactory condition...no one has examined my open wound or surgery area during the stay other than that of ward boy who had removed my packing. Diet was given during my stay was liquid consisting of tea, daliya, milk, daliya daal, sooji milk mixture, lauki juice, and maaza. During discharge he have not met with me once. Discharge summary stated normal diet during my bed rest at home. I followed all the precautions and took each medicine timely with every possible way to avoid straining my wound. Dr has asked me in his discharge summary to meet me on 25 June 2017 at 10 AM I reached on time waited for about 5 hours met with the doctor in Operation theater during the interval of 1 surgery and other....That day complications have started in my internal suturing after the surgery 2 protrusion was still there but very tiny one I thought they would go with time..had so bloody motion that day 5 times before I could see the doctor in OT room as told earlier. Now the careless of Doc is observed by me that even after telling the blodding and all the ordeal he had said well go conservatively and wrote blood arresting capsule...I again thought he is competent enough to make such remarks afterall he had done his PG frm PGI Chandigarh. Went home took the blood arresting capsule and the problem was still not resolved and blooding was still there at 7:30 I was forced to call the emergency number and contacted the Doctor assistant to convey my condition. After that he talked to me over phone and called me again to readmit and for again having surgery now again I had to go to the hospital and whole severe pain episode will again replay but with courage I had gone again for the hospitalisation and today is 2 July still in hospital and doctor himself is on leave from 25 his assistants are seeing me everyday what will you expect afterward Ill never ever come for any thing to this hospital again and will write a separate mail to derecognise from the empanelled Hospital from HDFC bank mediclaim policy.

The treatment which was done by the doctors was very good the hospital staff is very careful and knows what to do they are excellent!!!!!! , they are very helpful.

Chor Hospital- Visit at your own risk !!Incompetent Doctors with low experiencePrices very high.I want to share a personal experience with this hospital.My dad got admitted here for a liver disease, they mistreated him and his condition worsened.Later they referred him to Delhi, and especially asked us to take a Cardiac Ambulance.For which they charged ₹30,000 to drop us to a hospital in Delhi.Moreover, the theif so called doctor who accompanied us in the ambulance asked us to buy some medicines which may be used enroute...No medicine was used during the travel.by the time we reached delhi, the driver and the theif (doctor) had misplaced half of the medicines and returned to us some worthless syringes.When we reached delhi, the Doctors there told us that the medicines which he asked us ro buy were of no use in liver disease..and are used for lung cancer.Those medicines were worth 12,000 ...More over doctors at ILBS new delhi, were soo shocked to see the treatment given to my dad in Brijlal, and suggested us not to visit that hospital again under any circumstances...My Dad is safe and sound​ now.All thanks to Institute of liver and Biliary Sciences, Vasant Kunj, New Delhi.

The place is nice & clean. The staff is quite responsive and helpful. They also have some good doctors espacially the neurosurgeon Dr. Solanki. But keep your loved ones away from their Psychiatrist Dr.Sangita Joshi. I met her to seek her advice about the condition of my relative who was admitted in the hospital and I am clear she needs to go back to her classroom...the lady just wont listen to you and if you insist that she hears you out, she loses it completely. And yes, she loves to brag how accomplished she is as she was in London 🤔. A very unusual psychiatrist who maybe is in need of a psychiatrist treatment herself....But overall, it is good to have such a nice healthcare facility in Haldwani

This hospital is money maker,they are not concern with patient neither their attendant,the manager is stupid who has no simpathy with paitent just busy in counting money,the front desk are just clown who see face and anaware of hospital problems.The doctors are dumb and deaf.There is a cafe shop inside the hospital who sell stale food.The hospital has no car parking for patient or attendant, when i asked the hospital security guard for the parking they become statue,but busy to tie up with the local police for commission.Every day innocent people has to park their car on the road and get harassed. I was one of the victim of this hospital visited on 8/8/16 for stomach problem which converted in brain tension and has to run to pay the fine at police headquater,where it was closed,then next day once again i have to visit the police station to pay the fine which was pathic.Most good reviews written by hospital staff and management,not by the real patient...its a shame for the big hospital.
