Excellent service. Very professional. My phone had stopped working post a software update and absolutely no one in Haldwani was ready to help. Everywhere I went, I was told that data cannot be saved and phone will have to be formatted. Welcome zone was the only place that was even ready to try. Not only did they fix my phone but also saved my data. I will remain incredibly grateful always.

I want to give a one-star rating but cant because they report that to google and it is automatically filtered.So the truth about 5 🌟 rating of this repair center is - As soon as you get your mobile repaired, they insist you to rate their shop in front of them and they rate themselves by giving 5 🌟 and writing good things about them.1. Their repair service is so pathetic, fake and they replace defected parts of your mobile with used parts which they obtain maybe from black market or somewhere. Suppose you got your iphones display cracked, they have a used iphone which they get from black market and replace your mobiles part with that one.2. Their is really no warranty, you contact them once regarding complaints and your call will never be received from then.3. Dont fall in trap to their claims, nothing is original outside a customer care center. The part which they replace on your mobile might be infected with a chip that can cause privacy and data theft from your mobile.4. They never give you printed receipts but just send a sms to your mobile only after you ask them. If you come after few days asking about your mobile, then they will say - Which mobile? Do you have any receipt or proof?Literally they are masked thieves, just ask them about their true identity - Who they really are?I got 4 mobiles repaired from this shop as i was highly impressed by the google ratings. But soon i realised my screen is again going blank and device restarts surdenly and things get automatically typed in keyboard.I will get my mobiles checked from a genuine repair center as it is a waste of time and money in this center.
