I bought some stainless steel chairs from them, but what they delivered is totally different from the product they showed me during the visit to their showroom. Even after calling multiple times, the issue was not solved. When I asked then to change or refund they said, no for the same.Instead they mentioned that we have delivered the same product to other customers as well, they didnt complained.WWorst experience ever had.Not going to recommend anyone else.

We bought one set of sofa. Build quality is good, light weight, cost is bit higher side and so far not facing any problem from last one year. Regarding delivery it’s almost as agreed, they will arrange transportation on additional cost if required.Regarding range of products, yes they are having sufficient range of products. Staff is supportive. Overall experience is good.

My experience at this place was very bad.Prices of same product will be told different by different people of the same showroom.They dont have a clarity of prices themselves.Moreover if a customer has purchased a product at certain price few months ago and if he wants to buy the same product again, the showroom people will give the same product at higher prices and will deny of the previous prices at which it was given to the same customer.Wouldnt recommend anyone to go here and get fooled by them.Customer handling skills are very poor.When asked them to show previous records to clarify things they say we dont maintain our previous records.

Worst furniture store ever !! So horrible and ridiculous customer service. They show you diamond and provide you like zirconium. I ordered a furniture and the quality was so bad that I never imagined. I recommend you not to buy any product from there.

Worst experience ever. We ordered a sofa cum bed worth RS 40000 and it was promised by golju furniture that they will make it in teak wood when the product was ready they insisted me to pay the amount first, after i paid the amount I found out that the sofa cum bed was made totally of ply board, which was so disappointing. I am never gonna buy anything from golju furniture again. Dont ever do this to any other customer.
