Wait wait wait & wait,Not good

Pathatic experience, irresponsive staff...they dont value someones time..they asked us to come at 11.30 am to scan...but we have to wait till 2 pm..after compalining...they said..we might have misunderstood...scan timing is 2 pm.

Very bad experience for second time ..very irresponsible staff no proper management with patients ... they give you time before appointment and you will have to wait for 3 or 4 hours

Very nice ultrasound center with a very intelligent and satisfying doctor and staff is also very cooperative.Ultrasound place and toilet is very neat and clean with RO water system for drinking water. Good space for parking vehicles. It was a great experience compared to other private clinics.

The worst staff one can ever experience. So lathargic and unprofessional.

Doctor was very nice and polite, but their receptionist is rude and their management of patients, unprofessional staff, priority given to their known patients only , even they dont bother about the condition of the patient,

Visited today for an ultrasound. Very pleasant experience. As coming from almora so i made call yesterday and got pre appointment for today. Open at 9 o clock and my number came around 11 o clock. What i like place is neat and clean, sitting arrangement is good, good parking space for four wheeler outside at road side as they dont have their own parking space for car. Drinking water RO, clean toilet, good staff and most important for which we are coming with our expectations - radiologist doctor, who is very professional and i have done my checkup very well not like others who always in hurry for earn more money. Pls keep this things in future that client is paying money so he has to get best services. One should not feel services like govt. Departments, if he is coming to private and expect n paying more. M also posting photographs for other which i had clicked. Thanks

It seems like a government hospital with poor hospitabilty despite of paying more than average private institute. Haldwani is a hot and a humid place but they have hardly 2 fans and very few seats to sit and no cleanliness. It gets very suffocating sitting here for a longer time. However the time taken is also more than expected that it seems a person who has more work to do will waste an entire day sitting for the ultrasound. The patient load is also too much and the technician is only a single doctor therefore they take ages to get to your number. The doctor is although very nice and authentic in her diagnosis. If waiting time is reduced and the cleanliness and sitting facility is improved it will be much better.

Dr is very Good But the lady at Reception is very Rude , No Time Management , she send Without number to her personality known patients , No value for Prior Appointments ,Please Doctor Mam if you read this PLEASE KICK OUT SUCH TYPE OF WORKERS Otherwise Your Education your knowledge will be damage .There are several Diagnostic centres just near to you SO PLEASE BE ATTANTIVE YOUR HOSPITAL MANAGMENT .Regards .
