I went this Hotel the reception man was very Unethical they dont know how to treat costomer. I Request to the owner of this hotel that pls give them a good training that they know that how to treat costomer properly. Because its Really bad experience which I got so I dont want that other costomer wil get the same. Hopefully it will work in future for your hotel. Good Luck 🤞

Awesome room and service. I arrived at about 1 am but they managed everything very nicely and good staff. rooms are big and clean with towels etc everything. with parking facility true value for moneyif you are going to stay in haldwani. highly recommend to stay here. you gonna love it
