Accommodation is satisfactory and food is good. ONLY PROBLEM IS THAT approach is narrow. However, charges are reasonable.

Nice hotel location is in peace friendly staff with great owner

Property is good, remote location from centre of the city and distance from main road is more than 500 metres. I must say that earlier it was owners home which they have converted into so called hotel. Hotel have only simple chapati, rice Sabji and Daal in veg and egg curry in the name of non-veg which one lady comes and cooks from outside. This is the only variety of food, if someone doesnt wanna have these food will have to go outside by walking (no other options) which is approx 700 metres of distance and will return 700 metres as well.Now I need explain the staff and their professionalism towards guest, tea or salad you will never get fresh and they claim it also. If you have any problem with any kind of service you cant point it out, if you do so, they wont accept in spite of it they shout and argue , owner itself lies argues shouts misbehaves and never showed the professional approach and behavior of hospitality industry in which they should at least apologize once for issues, but it didnt happened.I was kept waiting for my final bill for more than 1and half hour and lastly they said we dont give the proper bill as I had showed them of a different hotel. Argued upon it also until I have showed them what is the final bill called and how it should be.Now finally, I strongly recommend that if you want to stay in this hotel for touring and holiday purposes and are fond of different varieties of food you should not stay here. If you are having and official visit and will raise the bills in your company where you could face the problem of its authentication then also dont stay. And if you seek best service then dont even think of this hotel.......

Owner (lady) behavior not good. I will never go pragya hotel

Well maintained rooms , good staff and overall a good place to stay with family.

If you want a peaceful, comfortable stay then hotel Pragya Inn is certainly not your destination. The hotel is located in some narrow lane of Haldwani, basically it is a house converted into a hotel.My recent visit to this hotel with my friends turned into a nightmare when we complained about the extra bedding which was given to us. In the name of bedding, we got 4 pieces of foam tied together. When we raised this issue with Oyo, the manager cum property owner misbehaved with us and asked us to leave the hotel that very moment. We were made to leave hotel in middle of the night as we were scared and terrified by his pathetic behaviour and constant threatening. We had our exam next day which was affected severely due to this episode. He is nothing but a rude, ill mannered, obnoxious proudy person who does not even have proper manners to talk to his guests.I request all the travellers to make a wise choice if you love your dignity and self respect and dont want to face extreme uncomfort during your stay.

Nice place ... Very hygienic all rooms are very tidy awesome place to visit. services so good and the food quality is also very fresh and tasty. I will visit again please visit once.

Good service but needs a little bit improvement

We stayed at Hotel Pragya Inn....It was such a nice experience . It is just like a home away from home. Service is quite good and all the amenities is worthy to pay

I am very disappointed that hotel location is very bad . Hotel owner behaviour is very unprofessional he said to me that there is no tea in complementary breakfast. I was very surprised and disappointed. Iwill never go at this hotel.
