The staff is well mannered. Manager Mr. Anil Joshi is very helpful. He will pick your call anytime and will help you out. I lost my phone outside the hotel but got it next day with the help of Mr. Joshi. Rooms are good and food is also good. Its near sbi KUSUMKHERA.

Hotel is at a nice location. Before you will be entering the Haldwani city from Kaladhungi side, it is located on your left. The biggest turn down is that there is Tabela where cows and buffaloes are kept. The entrance stinks a lot although there is no smell in the room.

Location is on the main road. Good peaceful accommodation. Staff are decent. Only there is need for more options for food.

Excellent Service!We (8 of us - 5 from Hong Kong, 2 British and one Indian) were attending a friend’s wedding at Haldwani. She had arranged this hotel for our stay for two nights. At first, the hotel seemed like any other boutique hotel. However that impression converted almost immediately with the hospitality displayed by the Hotel Manager - Mr Naveen. We all were very pleased with the wonderful service and personalised manner in which Mr Naveen catered to ensure our stay was really enjoyable. In fact he went out of his way to help me on one occasion to shop.Overall a set of warm staff and great hospitality makes this hotel a sure recommendation from me. Mr Naveen definitely sets the bar of service very high.
