Earlier it was visible from the nainital road but now almost covered from the front , staff is helpful but the new system of depositing money from the ATM situated on the entrance of the bank make it difficult for old and uneducated people, even on that bank charges some amount for depositing, (ref. Picture)and also makes it chaotic at the entrance. Otherwise availability of bank all over the India and outside is magnificent.

Old world bank, run for pensioners by almost pensioners.Thanks to govts big heart for Nirav Modis of this world, PSU bank interest rates are at an all time low.I guess if you cant privatise banks, you definitely destroy them from within.It was my first ever bank account, and I got it closed recently. Took me a while (3 visits, not counting the one where I left due to excessive crowd), but hey, nostalgia.

This bank is the most reliable of India, here all the facilities of all the people are taken care of.💰🏦🏧

Its been a month now they didnt transfer my account... so finally i decided not to transfer my account..... they really dont care about customers....

Although they have old staff and sometimes I feel they dont take thier work seriously... But yet I never get disappointed by them

Worst service ever. They know only how to deduct money. For simple thing also they delay the work process. The work they can do with in short frame of time.So many old people are coming but there is no proper gestures from there side towards them.People took there job granted,they literally dont care about customer urgency.I will not recommend to anyone to avail any kind of service from this branch atleast.

The people does not know how do do some work they are unaware of lot of thing and also behaviour of staff is worst ever third class service provided by them

Although the staff is old and building looks like being ruined, I found Ms. Martolia Maam really helpful. Shes really a good person. Helped me a lot. Again, thank you Martolia Maam.

It look like place of 90s, old building and old age staff....Take lot of time to get ur work done and on busy days u have to wait for long time in the lines😥
