Very bad experience .I was forced to avail insurance against housing loan . I resisted as I have term policy and asked my loan is secure. Even then I was asked to do so and when I replied its not mandatory I was replied loan availing is also not mandatory. After three four months emi insurance was made. Think 100 times before availing housing loan from haldwani branch.
